I went there for 2 soft drinks! Only 1 cashier! Too many cars in drive thru and it was overwhelming inside, I felt bad for cashier kid, cause he was polite and Manager walked around moody and taking her time.

Ok I have this that many stars because maybe it's just me but I feel that McDonald's as a place to get quality food .. IS NOT A GREAT IDEA ... Their food is getting worse it seems every time I go the food is more disgusting than the previous. The only thing that kind of makes the whole disgusting thing tolerable would be their play area but even that is questionable because of the URINE SMELL that emanates from it so that is all but to be completely honest I will not be going to this specific establishment for a long timeKid-friendliness: It has a Stinky play area.

Employees mark mobile orders as complete before they are ready, leading to poor customer experience. There's an "order in progress" section and a "now serving" but it seems a third block is needed for when your order is actually ready to be picked up. Bad job.

They cut the order counter in half. Stuck in a couple of kiosks for you to order your own food. They removed the soda fountain so you must get their attention to get a refill. The shortened counter makes it difficult for the employees to see customers at the counter. If they're busy you'll wait awhile to be seen.

I ordered a hamburger, without cucumber, for my son, and they gave it to me with cheese, and he had to tell 5 people, including a manager, to be able to get it just the way I asked for

Drive-Thru was muy malo. The service was fine, very chipper and positive but oh boy that food was practically inedible. Fries were cold and soggy, maybe they forgot to throw them in the fryer after defrosting? I dunno. And the spicy chicken sandwich was on par with the fries. Cold and needed sauce just to get it down. Strange for 1:20 on a Saturday.Oh yeah, and the sprite tasted like TV static.

The environment inside is quiet, less traffic or customer. All clean and neat. Not sure why customer not coming back to dine inside. I hope the management do some promotions to attract business OR we might no longer have McDonald's in California any more in near future...Foods is good, not as fresh as other burger chain. Order only through Kiosks or on your phone McDonald's app ONLY. No AI or iRobot here yet.Parking: Free parking behind the McDonald's Or next to McDonald's.Kid-friendliness: Electronic game/arcade almost at each table.

Literally the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They are rude and the food is bad even for a McDonalds which is saying a lot. Keep driving to the next McDonalds and hope for a better experience.

I walked in, tried to order an iced coffee and the girl taking my order wasn't able to understand my language and though I was frustrated I stayed nice and I was treated very poorly. She was very hostile.It caused us to hold up the line for quite a while and was fairly embarrassing over a stupid iced coffee.Finally got it and it looked like milk and water.Though I paid for it, it went straight into the barrel on the way out the door.THIS MCDONALD'S NEVER AGAIN!!This place is Skatapolakatooey!

We ordered inside thinking it'll be faster, and we ordered two cheeseburgers which was dry, mc crispy sandwich also was dry no sauce, and 13 cookies and one worker said "omg" bc of the cookies like ok do you damn job. The kid was nice so good service and ig when we waited two customers got their order but us and i asked where's my order and they forgot about it. it's okay mc donald's

Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. This is the closest McDonald's to my work and the next closest is not even an option to make it for lunch. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The service used to be quick but since Covid the service sucks. Even using the mobile app and telling it I am already there I still have to wait. Today I used the app ordered 10 minutes ahead telling the app I am there already. I had to wait fifteen additional minutes for my order. This is just unacceptable.

Sad to say but this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I’ve given the place multiple chances but the service seems mediocre. I don’t know if lack of leadership is to blame or the kids that don’t seem to want to work. Something definitely needs to change. Owner needs to step it up and find better management.
