I'm not too sure if this is just my experiences lately, but each time I've visited this McDonald's over the past year my opinion has gotten worse with every visit. To the point where I question myself for even continuing to go. Really, the only positive thing I have to say is, the location is good and the inside the restaurant is always clean. The customer service is sub par. Don't know if it's due to lack of people working or what. When I visited last it wasn't busy. I ordered my food at the kiosk and because I was paying cash, I had to wait at the register for someone to collect my payment. I stood at the register with their team members walking back and fourth, even looking at me but no one said anything for about 6 minutes. All I ordered was an ice cream cone. The guy hands it to me without any napkins and they don't have napkins for customers to get on their own. So I asked him if he could get me a few napkins. By the tune he returned my ice cream cone was melting all over my hands. Like come on people?!?! I wasn't being impatient or rude. I didn't even ask for a new one. I just left while telling myself that would be my last visit there. It's crazy that back I the day when minimum wage was $3.00 I feel like the customer service was leaps and bounds so much better.

I don't go to this location anymore, very bad and rude manger (ruby)she is taking very rude no polite . Always say you wanna do complain or something, I don't care and etc.... Never go to this location speacily with family, 🙏

I'll preface this by saying I never leave reviews and especially am never critical of fast food because you know what you're getting. Ordered delivery and this has nothing to do with the delivery person - they did their job. The worst part was that 80% of our order was completely wrong. The double cheeseburgers came with a single patty, and the "fancier" chicken sandwich had a McChicken patty on it and spoiled pickles. One order of fries and a 10 piece nugget were correct. It really doesn't help that this location has also started charging for cups of water, while the other Simi location (and every other one) does not. We go out of our way to avoid this location for that reason and now will continue to do so, as a result of this delivery.

I had a spectacular dining experience during my recent visit to this particular McDonald’s. I was greeted by a fine young lady I belive her name was Vanessa. She was very friendly and helpful and is fluent in Spanish! All around a great place to have a quick lunch or a small snack! I look forward to visiting this establishment again!

I was at the drive thru window for about 10 mins and no one ever said anything so I drove up to the payment window; told the gentleman that no one ever helped me and he went ahead and took my order. When I got my order, it was all wrong. What a disappointment.
Unfortunately, they didn't have the collectors cup anymore , fortunately enjoyed my quarter ponder & big Mac meals

I ordered for curbside at 10:20 and I’ve in the past have ordered even at 10:30, they still send out breakfast. Today they gave me a spicy n chicken, two cheeseburgers with everything on them, a medium frie, and three hashbrowns. Mind you, my receipt says two sausage and egg McMuffins, two hashbrowns. I’m glad I still got the hashbrowns but there’s no way to get a refund through the app and I’m pissed because I didn’t check it while I was still there. Plus I had to wait 30 minutes outside their restaurant vs the regular maybe 10 minutes.

Had to cancel my order in the drive-thru as the people were being rude. I was told my order was canceled and left. Just checked my Credit Card and the charges are still there. Called the store and the manager said she couldn't do anything. Don't go here. I will have my bank reverse the charges.
