We pay a crazy amount now to eat here all while the owner does nothing to help its customers. This establishment should be embarrassed to conduct business in this manner.

Everyone I come into contact with is happy, helpful, has a smile on their face and makes my experience more enjoyable. I've had multiple experiences at this McDonald's, often opting for its convenience. However, the morning service consistently disappoints. The wait time after placing an order regularly exceeds 10 minutes, and excuses like a broken toaster or coffee machine issues are frustratingly common. This morning, despite checking in at 7:39 am, I had to enter the store at 7:56 am to inquire about my order. The drive-thru operated efficiently, but my time was running short to get my kids to school. The manager attributed the delay to a broken toaster, and to make matters worse, my order was incorrect—they included egg despite my explicit request for none due to my son's allergy. I wouldn't recommend this location, and I'd advise avoiding Murphy-owned McDonald's in town, excluding those on LA Ave. The overall experience leaves much to be desired.

I asked for only one buffalo sauce for my meal of $20 Dollars and I was told I had to pay extra just to get one sauce. When I pay $20 worth of food I expect to at least get one sauce. Terrible customer service. I will make it a point not to go to McDonalds anymore. I will be taking my business to chick fil a and in and out.

Providing us meals over the years when founded in a crunch for time or simply satisfying a craving for the salty nostalgia of a piping hot serving of fries.Now with the sudden influx of the "modern conveniences" of apps, seems to be leaving our houses is almost discouraged. Something is obviously amiss when all is said and done; chances are the quality of food has taken a back seat to any satisfaction rendered. At least from my experiences, it is never known what you can expect anymore...more often than not I am once again vowing to "never" waste another dime on trashy food again!At the time when you are starving it seems a viable choice, but the service workers are less concerned with your satisfaction as they are with "pushing through" as many cars or customers as is possible.I am convinced starving is becoming the most appealing option over wasting hard-earned money on straight low-budget, half-heartedly made food.
