The environment is very casual and non descript. The food is overall pretty delish as well as their margaritas. There usually is a bit of a wait because they are usually busy. They must be doing something right.

We ordered kids' meals which included a drink. My kids do not drink soft drink so we asked for milk, they didn't have milk so we asked if they had juice. The guy helping us said yes, I asked him if the juice was included with the kid's meal and he said yes.
We went to sit down, our food came out but I was waiting for the beans and chips I ordered but they didn't come so I checked the receipt to see if they had charged me for the beans. They did not charge me for the beans but they charged me for the juices.
I went to talk to the person in charge because I was not happy about them charging for the juices when I specifically asked. She told oh well you already pay for them but I will give you your money back if you return the juices. I told her my kids had already drank from them but she said it didn't matter. I took the juices back, she return the money to me and then put the juices in the trash can.... Seriously?
I could have keep the juices but she was really rude and made me feel frustrated. I couldn't believe she rather win the discussion than keeping a customer happy. She lost the money for the juice and customers. We used to go to that restaurant at least once a month. We won't be back.
The food was ok but after the experience I didn't really enjoy it.

I’ve been here a few times. As I’m not from Simi valley. The food is great I could eat it everyday. Good meats, and beans and cheese just so good haha. Price is ok too.

The food is excellent. The service isn't always good. Some of the employees can have an additive. Why. Who knows. Once I called my order in, when I arrived to pick it up, I asked if I had to stand in the very long line to do so. The red-headed guy said, "Yes, I would have too. The man I was standing next to in line said something about having another window for called in orders to pick up. This was my second time going there then. He said, they do, over there. So I went to that window and they got my order right away. It was ready. If I had waited in that long line, my food would have been cold by the time I got to the front. I don't know why he did that to me. He wasn't a new employee, and he knew about the pick-up window. It's not labeled, so I didn't. This won't stop me from returning. The atmosphere is common to an in-door outdoor (open room). They don't have regular waitress services. You order at the front, and they bring your food to the table. But if you need anything, you'll have to get up and go after it yourself.I do recommend Mission Burrito. Good food.

I ordered two of burrito carnitas with cilantro onions beans and rice got home there was no rice in the burrito and there was a green substance in a little plastic container that I have no idea what it was, but it didn't taste good. It tasted like flour and water with green food dye. The Carnitas had no flavor, very blah, very Bland and the onions were chopped way too large and something that resembles taco sauce. Won't be going back there again. Total waste of money
