Ordered hard shell tacos. My husband asked if it came with sour cream. They took that as extra sour cream. These were the nastiest tacos I've ever had. They were literally just meat and sour cream. I threw them in the trash. My daughter ordered a carne asada burrito with no beans. It came with tons of beans. It also wound up in the trash! We discovered how wrong our orders were after my husband went back to get mild salsa because they gave us hot salsa instead. That should have been our first clue that the entire dinner order was wrong!Total waste of money. We had to go get dinner that was actually edible from some place else because our entire dinner from this place would up in the trash. Wasn't even edible enough to feed to the dog!

Probably my favorite Mexican (Tex-mex) restaurant in all of Simi. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and it’s still the best with the nicest people that work there. When I’m here, I’m most likely getting their chicken tacos, enchiladas, or the carnitas burrito. All of these are incredible and pure comfort food. Make sure to look at their value meal menu, because you can usually get something that allows you to mix and match, which is pretty cool.

It was my first time. Spent about $40. The food wasn't great. First, the edge of my tortilla was dry and crispy, like when it sits out too long... My burrito was supposed to be Carne Asada, all it consisted of was refried pinto beans. As I got down to the disappointing last bite, finally a small morsal of meat. My husband had the pork wet Burrito that looked like they were a little more generous with the meat.

Didn't look too busy when I arrived. Order was taken quickly but service wasn't friendly (I personally don't care as long as they do their job right, which they did) but it's now going over 20 minutes of me standing here waiting for my order to be ready to go. I've worked in kitchens before so I do understand that it can take time but this feels like if there's new staff working or the kitchen isn't being managed correctly. I spent a while contemplating writing this review but I have plenty of time while I wait for my order which is now past the 25 minute mark. Hopefully I'll get my oder in the next 5-15 minutes and my food remains warm while I drive home. Fingers crossed ?
