This place is the absolute best, never had better buffalo fries, chicken, bacon, Parmesan, barbecue chicken ranch. And those are the only ones I've tried so far. I bet there all delicious. Jazz served us, she was incredibly nice and wants to make your order exactly the way you want it . With a Very clean environment. If you haven't been here, you'll have to give it a try!!!

I pass this restaurant all the time and finally stopped by. The employee was very friendly and the food was prepared quickly. I am very picky about cheese and the chili cheese fries were delicious. I was surprised by the portion as I ordered the JR and it was still a lot! I was grateful! Yes it's higher in price, but I've paid more for less. I will absolutely get something new next visit. I see a lot of bad reviews, but I enjoyed! My daughter loved the food too. The employee even came out to thank me as we left. :) very clean facility, well kept.

Definitely not somewhere to eat dinner for but if you need a snack or are craving something more with your fries, then this is the place. I actually really like their fries and all the add ons that come with it. It's a quick, fast food restaurant that plays sports games when you're sitting in the store. Service was quite nice and helpful especially when you're there for the first time. I definitely want to go back to try some of their seafood options but not something I'd go to often since it's quite heavy.

I am by no means a fries connoisseur, but was excited to come try this place out. The appearance of the location was not bad and was clean. The food however was over priced and mediocre at best. It appeared to be made from frozen chicken nuggets and frozen French fries with buffalo and ranch sauce on top. This was first and last time stopping by here. I personally did not see the value or quality.

If you love a different type of fry (the crazy kind) then this is the spot for you!When we walked in it was really quiet...wasn't sure if anyone was there, save for the R movie playing on the TV screen. If you have small kids then probably order to-go...otherwise you'll have to wait for your fries with gunshots in the background.A bright cashier popped out of the back. She was really friendly, bubbly, and hilarious, and was super patient while we decided to get what we wanted. My sister finally settled on the cheesy bacon fries. The fries took about 5 minutes so not very long.When we got the fries - oh my goodness they are a bacon-lover's paradise. Super loaded - the cashier wasn't skimpy on the bacon at all. Would recommend for fry people!

I ordered the chicken bacon Parmesan and the bacon is burnt, hard like a rock. They also messed up my order of just fries, Krispy chicken and ranch. They gave me grilled chicken and cheese which my daughter does not eat cheese. The grilled chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a while and had been warmed up a few times. I ordered to go and did not realize it til I got home. Do not recommend
I got to say I really want to like this place. Any new business in simi I really want to support and I want it to drive. Unfortunately, I feel like this isn't it. The food is not bad but nothing to write home about either. The prices are quite high for what it is and you receive it in a cheap little box. The customer service was also subpar, not that I'd expect a lot from a fast casual place but it just seems really lost to be honest. I'm sorry to say I likely won't be returning.

If you love fries, you're definitely gonna love this place. Mr Fries Man has a variety of different fry dishes in there menu. From the classic Chili Cheese Fries, to just plain fries. There's a lot of exploring around the menu, and I've only tasted 2 different dishes so far. One being the classic chili cheese fries, and the other being the Chicken Bacon Parmesan, which was so delicious if I say so myself. The chili cheese fries tho, can be tricky, just cause I felt there was more meat than the fries, as when you get the chili cheese fries at The Hat, it evens it out, regardless, it's still good. What stops me from going here on s daily, would have to be the pricing. For the different portions they offer, the pricing at the end would have to be what gets you. For a Jr size, which is pretty small in my opinion, goes up to $14.89, which the regular size, a normal serving size that I believe will fill you up, goes up to $18.14, just $4 more. It's definitely a place to come and try out, but it will different start adding up if you were to go on a daily. Now, for the staff, they are just so nice and polite. She helped me right away when I came inside. The atmosphere is nice as well, as you got music videos playing from the TV. Moment you walk inside, you have a variety of drinks on your right, and a view of the tables in-front of you. Overall, I do recommend trying this place, and if you're unsure what the menu is like, go check out there website " and click the menu tab to view the different selections they offer. They have high quality pictures of there dishes, so it makes it easy on what catches your eye.

So I love crazy fries and my buddy and I were craving some and wanted to try this place since I've heard good things. So we ordered three different fries BBQ bacon ranch fries - the portions was huge . Plenty of bacon. I really enjoyed these fries. Their bbq sauce and ranch sauce are really good . The fries were completely hidden by the toppings and sauces . Buffalo chicken fries - again fully packed with chicken and we got fried chicken . It hit the spot and their buffalo sauce has a good kick. Lemon & garlic crab and shrimp - I'm usually a seafood lover but for some reason these fries didn't hit the spot for me. Maybe it was just the sauce I didn't really didn't enjoy but again the helping was huge. I wouldn't order this one again. All in all I really enjoyed the fries from here and I would go back just not for the crab and shrimp fries

I tried to call ahead but none of the numbers worked. I get there and order two separate fries and it took nearly 25 minutes and I was the only person in there. The chili cheese fries were below mid and they don't even have onions I asked. The bbq shrimp was overpriced and under flavored would not recommend. It was almost over $25 for two fries.
