I used to work here, and as an employee who still continues to come back, I think says something of itself. They always do their best to be hospitable and give a good atmosphere, and the food is awesome. I always get the gobbler with cheddar or the nachos with Ranchero chicken. Also their dressings are one of a kind, highly recommend the tofu dill and ranch. Overall great place to eat especially with friends and fam who lean towards vegan/healthfood.

My girlfriend and I came here and honestly didn't expect much. It was GREAT though! The food was super tasty and the serving sizes were huge, neither of which we were expecting. My girlfriend got the tostada salad and even though the fish bowl I got was really good, Ive literally been thinking about that salad ever since we had it haha The service was really good too. The workers checked on us quite a bit and were genuinely nice. We are definitely coming back!

Nice employees. However they stopped letting us take napkins so you have to buy an employee to get any. They also stopped offering soy milk so I don't go there for coffee anymore. They close too early. Sometimes the food items are too vegetable heavy. It would be nice if the vegan burritos had fake meat in them. Still the closest thing we have to a vegetarian place in simi that isn't Indian.

Just bought a piece of carrot cake from Natural Cafe tonight and to my disappointment they have changed their recipe or their vendor but it's definitely not worth buying anymore...it's awful. Please bring back the carrot cake you've been selling for years.

I've been coming here for several years when I visit the area. I've had their tacos, arugula salad with side of salmon as a topper, and hummus. I've never been disappointed. They cook the salmon fresh, each time I order the salad. It's not done earlier in the day and stirred in fridge. I thought that was a nice touch. It's hard to order another dish because I love the arugula salad so much.

Totally disappointed with the veggie lasagna. No ricotta as described unless it was a tiny drop mixed in tomato sauce. Two 2x2" spinach noodles. Mostly onion. Won't order this again. Oh and super salty because they did load top with Parmesan cheese

Really appreciate that the business kept its high quality and tasteful menu maintaining the price increases due to covid within reasonableness. All across the area lunch prices for similar businesses increased by an average of 20% while natural cafe kept them at minimum. This made me become an even better customer (used to go once every other week and now I go at least twice a week) The staff is also always very sensitive to customers needs which shows how customer centric the culture of the business is. Way to go!

Food has always been decent, however in recent months the service has absolutely been poor. I've made online orders a few times now and they never fulfill them to the time I requested it to be ready. In my most recent experience, it has been just the same however the wait was at twenty minutes longer than at the selected designated time. Mostly because the employees who worked at the front refused to do their job. They didn't check for my name on the prepared orders that were ready for pick up properly and had me waiting much longer than usual. Finally, when I approached and asked if my food was ready again (as they were chitchatting and gossiping away) especially since no other orders were being prepared as I was waiting, they double checked the same pile of orders, and dropped my bag on the counter. There was no apology or regard for the customer for the food that had turned completely cold because of their actions. I would be very hard pressed in coming back.

Got a text saying my online order was ready went in to pick it up they said gobbler burger was still cooking, waited 10 more minutes for my order. 2 what I am assuming is the manager (Latina with red hair) was behind the counter with no mask breathing all over everything Telling another customer that there's something going around her kids have it and they been puking. 3. Because the order sat there for over 10 minutes, by the time I got home my nachos were soggy, but they were good. 4. The gobbler burger was pretty dry. 5. The tostada salad was ok, did not provide guacamole as listed in menu.

This place has very good food. I have a turkey burger and it was excellent in flavor and was not overly cooked. This location is very clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly. Prices were reasonable and the menu had nice healthy items to choose from.

I don't hang out in this part of Southern California often. But I frequented this restaurant during the summers. The smoothies are phenomenal, and the burritos are terrific! I will be back.
