Still left with a bad taste in my mouth while writing this. Rice was sticky mushy, almost gluey paste like. Veggies and protein tasted like they were about to expire. The Only thing decent was the chow mein and the sliver of chicken on the orange chicken. I remember at one point they where good. Don't know what happened.

The service right when i walked in was amazing! I was so happy and it was my first time so they helped me out and explained the menu. The food was amazing and i’ve never had chow mein this good in my entire life. The food was very good quality and cooked well with good savory flavors in perfect harmony. Definitely will be coming back rather then going to panda express this was insanely good.

You know when chicken sits in the fridge for two weeks and starts tasting old... I got that here, first visit today. That's a health concern, chicken not tasting like chicken. I paid $11, and threw it away. Ran to Panda Express for decent food. Quality is realllllllly really low here.

Prices have doubled and yes, it's very low brow Chinese food. But I'm still giving it 5 stars, cause low brow chinese food is a certain genre of food that probably started in NY or SF and there's hundreds of similar places nationwide. Panda Express corporatized this type of food.This place is OG, and does greasy low brow Chinese the way it was before Panda. And it does it well. And Simi, a place with little urban culture, somehow has this place, and it's been at this location in the strip mall since the late 90s. I remember going as a kid.
