8$ for an extra topping on my XL pizza is horrifying. Add the lady who I spoke with and it was like a bad xp all around for she doesn't want to be there. I just wanted a pizza with a couple substitutions(which they apparently don't due) without spending an arm and a leg. She finally said she would change the topping subs for 4$ per topping. So for 8$ more I got the mushrooms and extra sauce.Total ripoff but I needed my uno fix. Sucks there is not another 1 for 10 miles in any direction. Assuming they will shutdown in the next year as she doesn't want to be there and its very obvious she doesn't care anymore. Hopefully she sells and new management who is caring can come in.?

The women inside the ominous establishment located in the mysterious shopping center was a rude old lady with no regards for me and my friends need to get our pizza. She was disrespectful and failed at putting my card in the machine. She collected our personal information and I thought she was going to follow us home. She gives rude vibes and doesn’t know what’s going on. She doesn’t slay but it’s okay cuz the pizza slays. She’s not ominous nor cool.

BEWARE when ordering through Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. Their pizza prices are WAY more expensive than on their regular menu. For instance, a 16” Hawaiian pizza is $51.00 when ordering from a delivery app, but is $40.00 if you order for pick-up. That’s a really big difference. I would order from them, but not at these prices.

The lady is rude. I called bc I was curious about their pizza sizes and if they were going to be open on Labor Day and she got impatient and hung up on me.

Pretty good. Almost as good as the Numero Uno of my youth that still is my favorite pizza on the planet and almost extinct. I’d say the pizza was on par, but something I can’t quite put my finger on was lacking. Close enough to satiate the craving once in a while.Customer service skills in the only lady working that night apparently were absolutely sub par. Not mean or intentionally rude, but very short and curt like she had a million things she’d rather be doing. On the phone I told her the kind and size of pie was wanted for pick up and she said “ok thank you good bye”.I quickly raised my voice to say “wait! I’m not done!” to complete the order.Demeanor about the same when I arrived. Maybe she was having a bad day or just doesn’t realize she’s coming off as rude.Important thing is that I got the Numero Uno thick crust I’ve been craving for months. And it was good enough to scratch the itch.

This Pizza restaurant is my families favorite! We only get it a few times a year, but when we do it's always a special day! The dough is so fluffy, and the sauce is fantastic.

Makes me sad to see so many bad reviews. EVERYTIME we have gone here we have had a fine experience. Sure she doesn't add the extra bubbly conversation when you call but for me she is straight to the point, takes my order with no issue, gives an eta and the order is never wrong. Our food has never been gross or burnt. She provided normal conversation when we went in and the store was clean and as welcoming as a pizzeria should be. Calzones with extra cheese are always amazing.

I Rarely leave negative reviews. I had no choice on this location. we finally found a Numero Uno near us and were thrilled. this is the second time here.EVERYONE deserves second chance. the woman sitting on the recliner as you come in looks at you you as if you are bothering her. She has ZERO customer service skills. If this wasnt a franchise this place would be gone in less than a month. the Pizza is what we remembered it back in it's hayday. if not for that we would never come here again. DO NOT EAT IN!!! EFFING RUDE woman . I am a business owner. if anyone ran a business like this they should be gone. unbelievable in this day and age!!!

I ordered 3 - ravioli's with pink sauce. They came Red, not pink. I called and was told "nobody else has complained" but I am. There may have been a smidge of Alfredo sauce in the marinara , but ur was nowhere close to pink. It was good! Just not what I ordered. Here is a picture , you decide...

Pizza is hit or miss. We order ours with extra cheese and it's better that way it seems. Gave it three stars cause of ridiculous delivery fees. Don't go here unless you can pick up ~ delivery makes this $20 pizza almost $50! Lol No pizza is worth $50!

Well, they’ve lost my business and I never even made it there. The woman that seems to be rude to everyone has made it apparent that she doesn’t want business. I won’t be bringing myself to spend my money at this establishment

Haven't had Numero Uno in years, so thought I'd stop by and take a mini to go! Thought it was yummy and similar to how I remembered it, but could have used more tomatoes. Next time!
