We regularly stop here for the pastries and bread. They make the best conchas I have tried in the area. I highly recommend them.
something was wrong with my tamales open it up and everything was coming apart ,I won’t mind paying for it ,if the food was good bad experience for me
They lie. They said one hour and it becomes triple.
I usually go somewhere else for my tamales in Thousand oaks. Today I decided to try a place that one of the foodies blog had suggested. I ordered two pork tamales and also got a soda it came out to a little more than $12. That was $4.25 for each tamale and $3 for the soda. The tamales were salty and not the same one was bigger than the other almost twice the size of the other. I would pass on their tamales. Not just because of the price. But because of the size and quantity and quality.
I've always procured pastries by the baker's dozen and this bakery shines in their specialty. Personally, I favor their conchas over anyone else's ? my Spanish needs some work but the staff are always very accommodating to my requests, especially that I keep one to myself for my special somebody ? Happy to support local business!
