Upon entering, I encountered a small roach close to the food section. I immediately notified an employee. Due to the absence of napkins on the tables, his method of dealing with it was to squash the roach with his fingers, though he washed his hands afterward. I chose not to eat, but my daughter, driven by hunger and courage, still decided to get some food.

We had to wait for some of our food, that's OK because that means it's fresh out of the pan. They bought it to us even though we weren't eating there. I prefer this location even though it's further from my home.Parking: Convenient handicap parking with a ramp.

I stopped by here today during lunch time to get food. I wanted something else but their app was having issues so I decided to go to Panda Express since it was near my work office. I found parking easily in their limited small lot. I can tell that this Panda Express get busy because there was already people inside. I went with the plate option chow mein and my 2 entrée was Beijing Beef & Kung Pao Chicken. I also got a small drink as well. The lady loading my food was nice and she made sure to give me a decent portion of the entrée. They have some tables to eat inside and outside as well but I took it to go to eat in the office. I'm happy that this place has cherry coke as an option for the fountain drink and they had Sriracha as well for the sauce.Parking: There a limited number of parking spots here.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly if you want to dine inside or outside.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible and has a ramp.

Food is good I come maybe twice a month to this location but the reason why I put 3 stars on service 2x I been short on what I paid I get 2 3 entrees everytime I go and 2 x so far I didn't have my 3rd entree box so I'm getting a 2 entree for a price of 3 entrees my fault I dont check but the way they gather it all looks like it's all together I dunno how it has happened but it's frasturating they workers are friendly also so it's a middle range experience here for me hopefully it doesn't keep happening n I try to start checking

Panda Express is a familiar sit-down chain that caters to American style Chinese food. The Simi Valley location has been refreshed since last I had been inside, so it has a more open, inviting feel. The food truly is a can't miss, even though it's something that I don't have very often. The mixtures of sweet and spicy are correct. It's usually best to get the two or three plate combo, so you can hey the most amount of food if you have a healthy appetite. It's usually best to go with the half and half and split between fried rice and chow mein. You choose your meats and either get it to go or sit down and eat. Either way, it's a worthwhile lunch/dinner option that I sometimes forget about easily, but is still quality.

Terrible Panda Express. Older Hispanic lady was rude. She was joking and having fun with the cooks in back fine no big deal. Requested some soy sauce and Sriracha after my order and it was like moving heaven and earth. With the condiments thrown at me. Requested a fork with my take out order and no fork.Portion sizes are half the size of any other Panda Express I've been to. What a joke.

Its good, friendly service. I will say the food is almost always 5-15 minutes late. But they get a pass since I usually order on Friday nights when it's packed so it's expected.

This is one of the only fast food restaurants in Simi Valley that gets your order right. We order on app pick up and every time it's correct. The vegan orange chicken is delicious. The employees here are great. When you go to pick up food it's behind the register so people don't grab the wrong thing are steal your food.
