I went into this location this afternoon and saw how the cashier (white young man) helped serve food while wearing a bandaid. His dirty bandaid kept touching the food that he was serving. I saw this happen to 3 plates. He should be using a glove to cover his wounds.

I had not in Panda Express in 5 years. This experience was way. I was reviewing my options when I asked about ToFu selection I was told it was available until Fri 19 Jan 24. Then I was rushed into basically ordered closest at sight selection just to get out of there. Not my idea My food selecting or food consumption.

Food portions are ok but taste is great...probably why there's always a line. I suggest ordering ahead on the app. Plenty of room to sit in or around the restaurant to eat...near a theater and other places to eat...near the freeway exit easy to find

We ordered a huge catering order for 60 people and Adrianne (hope I spelled her name right) was absolutely amazing. She was so kind to help us carry the bags to our car and was very attentive to knowing we would need many plates, utensils, napkins, and large serving spoons/utensils. She had such a good attitude and was just awesome!

Im allways disapointed in the walnut shrimp never enough sauce and dont ask for more sauce NOONE cares! one time the manager was actually rude to me and its not cheap 11.00 for barely enough for two, Hey I like sauce so why doesnt a large chain restaurant like Panda express give enough sauce? you tell me?? Im giving it a NOT good cuz it allways dissapoints especially for the cost, no quality no quantity for the price

I ordered last night around 8:40 p.m. I received great customer service provided by a nice young lady. I believe her name tag said “Johanna”.. she was very quick and friendly. Made my ordering process simple and with a smile. Very great service! Thank you for the hard work. Now a days it’s hard to get a smile from anyone.

Placed an Internet order last night, which turned out to be easy and efficient. The restaurant was crowded and seemed unorganized. They also, as always, guard their napkins like they were laced in Gold! The food portions were generous and the flavor was excellent.

This was our go to Panda express until this monday my wife went to get lunch for us. we get the same meal most of the timeshe came home handed me the box and it felt light! I opened it up and it was just chow mein and fried rice! not my 2 item combo she ordered and was charged for. HOW CAN YOU FORGET TO PUT ORANGE CHICKEN AND BEEF AND BROCOLI IN A CONTAINER if the customer ordered it. I was appalled and immediately called the store if I could come and get my money back and the girl who answered sounded very young, I explained I needed to speak to a manager and she said "she was on break" so I said let me talk to any supervisor, she then put the phone down forgot to mute her conversation and continued to make a joke to another co worker about " some guy on phone saying we forgot his food" I then proceeded to hear the other co worker clearly say well tell management. and before I knew it she literally just HUNG UP THE PHONE!??!I called back several times and it just rang and rang. Finally after about 5 calls a young person by the nameof Andrew T. picked up, I once again asked to speak to the Manager, and he as well claimed she was on break. I asked to know the previous young lady's name so I could explain how rude, and not caring about my service whatsoever and he replied " Jenny " At this point my wife left to go return the food and when she arrived she did speak to the Manager regarding them forgetting to add our food we ordered. Alyssa the manger did give us a refund, when my wife explained the unprofessional ways of "Jenny" all she said was "oh she is on break now"This location needs to be looked at by corporate as the whole experience was terrible. Train your staff better! Lost customers forlife due to this stores unpro ways.

A decently clean panda. Staff is clean and professional, but its not exceptional in any way that comes to mind. Sad that they discontinued the honey walnut shrimp.Dietary restrictions: Has low carb and low calorie options for diabetic customers.

My family loves the variety of Panda fresh. There is something for everyone and we spent less there then we do at other fast food restaurants and still had leftovers for the next day. We found a table for all six of us and stools to spare. They currently are selling little stuffed Pandas for $5 or $6 which my daughter loves too.Kid-friendliness: The kids like the rice and spring rolls
