We ordered three sandwiches and three cups of soup, they only gave us one cup of soup and two sandwiches. They forgot about 26 dollars worth of our food. Kitchen looked dirty and staff were rather slow paced. Food was okay.

We place an order for delivery. We order 2 creamy chicken and wild rice and they send up chicken noodle soup. We order the 4 pack of candy cookie and only got 3.

Waited over 40 minutes AFTER I got the email that my order was ready for a single cup of soup! This place is also so dirty and the staff move at a snails pace. The manager Erica was just standing around while 7 people were waiting. I would say I feel bad for these workers but it doesn’t look like they care for the customers either. Management needs to do SOMETHING! And the place is so dirty! Hats, aprons, and dirty dishes stay longer than the guests. The bathroom was “stocked” with no soap, seat covers, and the tp was left on top of the container??

The food is good and I regularly eat at Panarea bread. But this has to be the worst Panera location I’ve ever been to. Every other time I visit they’re out of fundamental things that they should not be running out of. Stuff like bread, turkey, soup. I’ve been ordering from this location for over a year and it seems management doesn’t do anything to correct this issue even though they are aware. The correction would simply be order more of what they run out of so it doesn’t keep happening. I’d like to see them correct this or I don’t think I’ll continue dining there.

I love this place not only for the food, but also for a beautiful cute lovely blond lady with an adorable headband works there. I just like to sit and watch her for hours and enjoy the beauty of the universe. I love her so much. uiop2455

This Panera is out of iced coffee and/or bagels every time I've been here. It's just chronically out of stock. I'd make it a regular coffee stop if they had iced coffee when I stop there.

The food is good people are nice. The reason I have 3 star was because I paid for 2 bowls of soup (not cup size) and they only filled them half way when they are supposed to be fuller. Double check your orders before you leave.
Lazy entitled staff ruins everything. All locations have went downhill and lost connection with their customers. Examples of how this has gone down hill: Chocolate croissants no longer have chocolate inside them, now they just drizzle it on top, breakfast foods are often sold out by 8-9am and staff does not care, breakfast sandwiches are now trash compared to 5 years ago, sufflets are always sold out early, etc.. are they even baking their own bread anymore? - the crumb is so fine it looks ultra-processed frozen factory bread instead of hand needed.

Has a bad habit of giving the wrong food items and cold food, not sure how you mistake broccoli for a tomato multiple times. Not sure if its all panera locations with this bad habit but I sure wouldnt recommend this one.
