Apparently, there’s a disconnect between the store and whoever answers the phone. Whoever answers the phone takes the order and whoever works the store calls back and says oh no we’re closed. My suggestion would be the store should answer their phone and take their own orders rather than rely on a remote team member. Another suggestion would be to adjust the advertised store hours to reflect the true hours of business. If you would like to close 30 minutes early, that’s fine. Make it easier for the customer to know so they don’t waste their time with you and they go somewhere else.

The Stuffed Crust Pizza was absolutely delicious crispy on the outside, loaded with melty cheese on the inside, and packed with flavor in every bite. The NY-Style Cheese Pizza was just as impressive, with a perfectly thin, foldable crust and the right balance of sauce and cheese. The garlic knots were a great addition warm, fluffy, and coated in just the right amount of buttery garlic goodness.
