Online issues updating cc, and placing order. Not a user friendly app. Unable to update my personal info. Phone orders very difficult too. Rep had no understanding of how to customize an order, plus his headset sounds like he was in a tunnel with the echo. Never again, this was the 3rd time. They lost a customer.

Thank you guys for my pizza I swear it was ? this pizza got delivered around 4:40 pm today I ordered through door dash my order was well don 10 inch normal crust ,pepperoni, onions and bacon ...and it was very very good no jokes that's why I uploaded pic's and helz yeah chocolate chip cookie big thanks to all of you working between 4 pm and 6pm on 9/20/22 and big thanks to my dasher !!

1st, and last order, med 2 topping, pepperoni and onion. Barely any pepperoni 15 small thin, no taste pepperoni. Plenty of onion. Apparently when 2 toppings are ordered, they cut first topping back, meaning less pepperoni or whatever topping is ordered. For 4.00 more I could have ordered Toppers. Best rated pizza. Lesson learned

I've been waiting for over a week for a call from the manager to complain about the rotten olives that were put on my pizza and no one has called me back. Also, when my son went to pick up the pizzas no one greeted him and just handed him the pizzas that we had paid for and out the door he went. We will give our frequent pizza business to a different Papa John's.

Papa John's refused to stop their services in Russia. Also, the pizza isn't better than any other pizza restaurant.
