I picked up my pizza and it was barely warm. Unfortunately I didn't realize this until I got home. I called them and asked if this was day old. Of course, they said it was not. Usually when you get pizza it's got nice, moist, soft cheese. Not this time! Usually the pizza is so hot you could hardly hold the boxPapa Johns has always been my favorite place to over for pizza. Looks like I'll have to find a new place!

Ordered online for VDay carryout. They texted me when the pizza pie was going in the oven and when the order was ready. It was ready on time. It was so delicious and my guys loved it! Thanks to our local Papa Johns for making our VDay evening easy and yummy! We'll be back soon ;)

Thank you guys for my pizza I swear it was ? this pizza got delivered around 4:40 pm today I ordered through door dash my order was well don 10 inch normal crust ,pepperoni, onions and bacon ...and it was very very good no jokes that's why I uploaded pic's and helz yeah chocolate chip cookie big thanks to all of you working between 4 pm and 6pm on 9/20/22 and big thanks to my dasher !!

1st, and last order, med 2 topping, pepperoni and onion. Barely any pepperoni 15 small thin, no taste pepperoni. Plenty of onion. Apparently when 2 toppings are ordered, they cut first topping back, meaning less pepperoni or whatever topping is ordered. For 4.00 more I could have ordered Toppers. Best rated pizza. Lesson learned

What is going on> From the best Pizza they are now just another Pizza place.
I've been waiting for over a week for a call from the manager to complain about the rotten olives that were put on my pizza and no one has called me back. Also, when my son went to pick up the pizzas no one greeted him and just handed him the pizzas that we had paid for and out the door he went. We will give our frequent pizza business to a different Papa John's.

Papa John's refused to stop their services in Russia. Also, the pizza isn't better than any other pizza restaurant.

I've been ordering from this location for at least a decade. Note: When I want authentic pepperoni pizza or italian dishes, I order elsewhere (East Coast Pizza Company). However, I'm a big fan of hawaiian pizza. I know... but still. East Coast Pizza Company doesn't do a shitty hawaiian as I like it, so bear with me. The pizza from Papa John's regularly comes semi-cooked and soggy. I ALWAYS ask for "well done" and when they actually cook the pizza well done, it's fine. But you can never guarantee that. In fact, more often than not, it's not well done, it's semi-cooked and soggy. I put it in the oven and totally enjoy my shitty hawaiian pizza. But why do I still pay $30 for a pizza that usually comes semi-cooked and soggy, no matter how many times I request it otherwise? I'm the geek that fills out countless "How Was Your Order?" surveys and it remains the same. Semi-cooked and soggy. UGH. Shout-out to the delivery guy, however, because he's always awesome!
