We absolutely love this place as a family, we came to it today thinking our Sunday was gonna be better than it already was, but now thanks to Poki ironic name, Poki Stop is just stop now. My son Liam could not stop crying so we had to buy him a McDonald's happy meal so he could get a shit quality toy to make him happy again. Even though you stopped in real life, you will never stop in our hearts RIP POKISTOP

I hardly ever write reviews but this stood out so much that I couldn't resist. Nice location, clean inside, friendly service, and the poke is GOOD. A lot of fish, sauces and toppings to choose from. I'll definitely be coming back.

While I understand we're living in tough times, giving 1 tablespoon of whichever sashimi you choose is unacceptable. EXACTLY 1 tablespoon. No more, no less. Any little piece hanging off or on top of that was immediately shaken off. Come on! First time and last time I go here.

Wrong order all together and noticed when I got home.. wouldn’t really care but it was 35 bucks that I didn’t want to waste. Called and asked for a refund and was willing to send them pictures so I didn’t have to drive back. Owner said no. Used to go here 2-3x a week but will no longer be doing that.

Bad service, rude Poki server girl. Unfortunate because food is decent. Small location but has plenty of seating and tables.
When this place first opened, it was great. My daughter loves the Ramen. But she usually Postmates it. Today We decided to go into the restaurant my son wanted a poki bowl. We came in with a smile, greeting the girl. She looked very angry, straight face barely said two words. Very rude. My daughter asked for chili oil and she slid it across the counter. It was very hot in there, which is kind of alarming due to the raw fish. The toppings are super limited, not like when it first opened with barely anything in the bowl so it makes it look very dirty. We are going to stick to our usual fav place in Simi next time just thought I'd give it another try. But it was a disappointment. The only reason for the 2 star is for my daughters ramen.

Drive there and wait in line. One person in front of me. We are on a limited time schedule. Clerk looks at me and says: I have to make an online order. Nope. How about Surf Boba? They make great Poki. I'm done here.

Where do I begin. . . I’ve been going to Poki Stop since it first started business. I went today on 07/01/2023. I was helped by a young female who looked as though she just rolled out of bed. Mind you, it was approximately 1200 hours. I began to order, she told me that the boba drinks were unavailable in a rude manner. I continued eye contact with her and could observe she was being completely untruthful. My bowl was made poorly, her demeanor was as though she hated her life. She hardly made eye contact with me, was unprofessional, among other issues. I’m not one to write reviews. EVER. However, I will not be coming back. The staff has been consistently horrible. I will no longer continue eating there as of today.

Food is ok…poki seems fresh.Girl at the front counter has horrible customer service. No greeting, no eye contact, terrible attitude. Not sure why you’d want someone like that working the front.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went in for dinner w my partner and the two young ladies working were so rude and judgmental. They were giggling and laughing. One made a joke "look at the name given" . Which only got me thinking what name they gave the customer, us. Very unprofessional. It was our first experience at Poki stop and they failed to guide us through the menu and ordering. They never once made eye contact and continue to laugh, mumble under their breath and super disrespectful. Had to repeat ourselves various and multiple times. Besides the intervention w the staff. The food is delicious, flavored full . I would recommend the spicy sauce. The restaurant is clean and really spacious for a family. However, I would not come again due to the ladies working and taking our order
