Absolutely fantastic quick Italian food restaurant, if that is what you are into.
But… if you really want real, homemade freshly cooked Italian food, please just go to an Italian restaurant somewhere here in Simi Valley because this is not one.
This is a place that pulls frozen items that are premade out of a freezer, makes them, and serves them to you.
I recommend going to Olive Garden in Thousand Oaks. If you can’t get over there, then go over to Olivio trattoria here in Simi Valley and have a tremendous meal for about the same price and it will be freshly cooked.

Ordered food to go for a baby shower. Food was ready right on time, they loaded into the car for me and were so helpful. The food was delicious with everyone enjoying the choices. Easy to work with and saved time by putting the wonderful food out to serve. Highly recommend!

First time here. I ordered the Pepperoni Pizza. Ten dollars. The young lady was very nice and polite. Answered all my questions. Once a week, I'm going out and trying different places to eat that I've never been to. The pizza, well, there was barely any pepperoni. Mostly crust and cheese. It was OK, but I wouldn't buy it again. Maybe, in the future, I'll come back and try their other food.

We liked it for the price! The food was good for its affordability. They have really good lunch deals. I got the chicken piccata and my husband got the shrimp scampi. It's not like the Cheesecake Factory obviously but neither is the cost.
Somehow the kitchen managed to prepare sauce, meat and pasta at 3 distinctly differing temperatures ranging from frozen to nuclear. Bad food. Bad kitchen practices. Would not recommend.

I am a longtime, frequent customer. I usually eat at this place 2 to 3 times a week. Today, I was refused service by an employee named , Venus. She has messed up my orders in the past. Her grasp of English is not the best. She told me that I had to wait for another employee who was on break. That was unprofessional and rude. Thank goodness the other employee knows that I am a regular. She was kind enough to interrupt her break so that I wouldn't have to wait. One thing that Venus needs to remember is that without customers, she wouldn't have a job. Do better!
