Fantastic!!!

This is one of my go-to places in town. The chicken is tender and juicy, the staff are friendly, and the vibe is chill.

In the realm of fried chicken, this place is mediocre at best. The chicken is greasy and bland. Of course if you throw enough sauce , bread and condiments at it, it gets better. Not impressed.

Amazing food. This is by far the best chicken sandwich I've had. Way better than Daves or Chik fil a. Super juicy and delicious

TLDR: Got my order wrong twice, horrible wait time, terrible atmosphere for eating at the location. I ordered online and upon arriving I was informed my order was made incorrectly and had to be remade. Mistakes happen and I patiently waited another 20 mins for my food. The staff was nice to start, but after I asked about my order after about 15 mins they quickly changed their attitude to "very annoyed" and told me it was being made as quickly as possible. Once my order was ready the kid behind the counter read my order back to me and it looked correct at a quick glance and I left. In hindsight I should have opened every container to confirm all the items were present. Unfortunately, I believe they purposefully left out items that were ordered and also changed the spice level of the chicken. The chicken I ordered mild was so spicy it wasn't edible and the medium sandwiches purchased had zero flavor or spice. There a better places to get a chicken sandwich in Simi Valley and you don't have to listen to obnoxious music or deal with retaliatory kids making your expensive food. I wanted to like this place, but I will never give them another penny and I hope you don't either.

Tried this place the week they opened and it was pretty good but then I came back a few months later and they must have found their rhythm because it was really good Staff was super friendly and helpful, Sunny (the guy at register) was really cool. I will definitely be coming back.

This was an extremely good spicy chicken spot. The combo me and some of my friends got were combo two. This came with extremely well seasoned fries and chicken. The chicken was aslo extremely juicy, and when paired with the Ramo secret sauce and their amazing ranch, it's the best chicken I ever had.

Wasn't as spicy as I was hoping. And I'm scared to order any spicier. But I will when i go back.

Went here last night excited to see Simi finally having its own chicken spot. The guy behind the counter said it was better than Dave's which I doubted but holy hell is this GOOD. The chicken was so juicy (it felt like eating Dave's in 2018 before they franchised and got eh), but not breaded to the point where in felt like I was eating a sandwich within my sandwich. The coleslaw wasn't too wet, and the hot level of spice was actually spicy (which is personal preference I know but I loved it). The house sauce was good, honestly pretty standard and I usually just make my own sauce at home so no complaints. The chicken was not that crispy, but that actually worked very well with the sandwich in terms of how rich the meat was. The fries were very crispy, but buttery soft on the inside. Overall, when you go to a fried chicken place nowadays you know almost exactly what you're getting. What matters is how everything plays together (at least to me) and Rambo's has an amazing flavor combo. It's nice enough that we get a place in Simi, but the fact that it's also stellar is literally so rare I'd call this place a unicorn. Go try it out!!

Hot chicken that's actually hot, good flavor, and really juicy. Fries are good too. The price is a little steep for the quantity but the quality of the chicken is good so that's okay

The food itself is delicious. Still charging cents for a sauce when made me waiting almost 20 minutes instead of promised 7 is not really a good service.

Not the best tasting. Chicken was soggy. Ordered by phone and they forgot to make it, once I got there that's when they decided to make it so inconvenient. Food didn't even taste all that great!

The food does not taste that great and not worth the money. Honestly the 2 times I have been there I was not very impressed. What they charge I would rather eat at Raising Cane's or Popeyes. Not worth it if you ask me.
