We arrived before the dinner crowd, but staff was ready. Very courteous, food and drinks delivered quickly. Burgers and fries were cooked to order and served promptly. A nice meal for my wife and I after an afternoon shopping.

Great atmosphere Very Friendly, very fast seating. (Wednesday evening at 8pm)

The side of Fries came out hot and fresh less than 5 minutes of ordering.

And out food came out delicious and did not take an unreasonable amount of time to come out.

Very clean location.

Great family and friends get together or celebration because of the large booths and tables.

If you have mobility challenges? Not to worry, this location offers large gaps between tables to maneuver in and out.

I have been to this location before and all was well.. not great but ok. Today I have to say.. not so good on service and food. First took forever to order. Then forget about getting drinks. I asked for well done FF.. they tasted so old and they were cold. No napkins or forks and knife. I had to get up and look for napkins.. I asked for forks took awhile but ... my nephew ordered a salad so forks was needed. I had asked for my burger medium came so well done it was dry.
When the new FF came the waiter dropped them on the table as I tried to ask for napkins and forks. I was very disappointed with the meal and service

Disappointing take-out experience. I specifically requested a well-done burger, but it was very undercooked and pink in the center. I also asked for extra fries, which were not included, and the dressing for the side salad was completely missing. The attention to detail and service was very poor. This is a good place for dine-in, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering take-out from this place.
