Our waitress, Victoria, was outstanding. She really cared and took the few extra minutes to just be kind after our day of going to a funeral. The onion rings were great too.

We had 11 people in our group. They don’t take reservations. We waited over an hour for a table, in the meantime they let in countless parties of 2 or 3 ahead of us. When we were finally seated and served drinks, I simply asked the server (Janet) for a straw. She snapped at me and said “give me a minute”. I understand it was probably way busier than expected. I understand being overworked….I have two jobs and I’m a wife and mother. But her attitude was totally inappropriate.

Red Robin never misses. There are too many good options! I stuffed myself. Endless fries are the best and worst...lol. Great service, and everyone was happy with their food.

First time going to Red Robin and I was not disappointed. I got the BBQ Burnt Ends N Bacon Burger and it was really good although it's a limited time offer. They also have Bottomless fries with any burger which lets you get as many fries as you want. Had a apple caramel lemonade and it was refreshing and sweet but not overly sweet. To finish it off I got dessert and ordered a Mountain High Mudd Pie. That thing is massive so just be aware of that. The crust at the bottom is the best part but the chocolate is also good. When it comes to price I would say it's not too expensive but not too cheap either. So somewhere in the middle. Service was great and I had a great time here and would definitely go again.
Went recently with a group of friends and was impressed from the start. The Host Coby greeted us nicely and with a smile. Service was great and food tasted amazing.

I dined here on a Saturday evening at around 6. We were seated fairly quickly and every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. Our server (Nathalie) was amazing! Super attentive, friendly, and made sure my hungry kids got fries without me having to even ask. We ordered the onion ring tower ($8.29), the bbq burnt ends burger ($17), the mac&cheese and chicken fingers kids meals ($7/each), and the California chicken sandwich ($15.59). Please note, it is NOT "smashed avocado" as the menu indicates; it's overly seasoned sour SPICY guacamole - this is not what I expected when I ordered this, but I ate it anyway... my tongue was on fire and felt raw after eating it. The bbq burnt ends burger (limited time menu item) was underwhelming; it had very little sauce and very little burnt ends (the photo was severely misleading), and it seemed overpriced for what it was. We also ordered two kids meals-the cluck a doodles and the mac it yours. The Mac and cheese was really tasty, but the chicken fingers were overdone and at least 50% breading. The onion ring tower -shorty included 8 onion rings that were delicious and I loved the bbq ranch dipping sauce. Their fries are steak fries and come fresh and unseasoned; you can season them to your liking at the table with their seasoned salt. All of their sides are bottomless! The noise level wasn't too bad, and it's definitely a kid friendly restaurant. There were balloons for kids to take at the door.

I usually always get a burger from here and it's great!! Today decided to try their pizza. Not only was it burnt the pepperoni tasted so bad. The service was very slow as they were busy I get that but waiting 30 mins for a refill drink and fries was not right!! No one really cared just said we're busy!!

Great, fast service and very low key and family friendly. All sides are bottomless, so it's fun to get some different fries and share! You can easily order and pay at the table with a tablet or with your server, which is convenient to have the choice. It's a lot larger inside than I expected, and cute fun decor and a decent size bar too. Good, easy food when you're craving a burger or another American style meal.

Food tasted all the same. Fried and oily. From pizza to burgers, and fries to cheeses sticks. Service was okay. Hostess kept escorting people between a set of table and our chairs. There were time apologise were made for bumping into us. Normal pathway was on the other side with plenty of room to walk and swing your arms.Parking: Plenty of parking at the plaza.Kid-friendliness: Take your family out if your tired of eating at home. Be warn. The tablets on the table will charge you for playing games or watching on it.
