My roommate and I tried this place out of pure curiosity as we were driving through Simi trying to find food. The guy working the counter was pretty nice. THE MUSIC PLAYING WAS THE BEST. My roommate got the buffalo chicken sandwich which he said was okay and not really spicy. We split the Oreo malt which was good and the Rock and Roll fries which were kinda like animal style fries. Those were all okay. However, and this could’ve very well just been the cook on duty, my LA dog was cold and undercooked. I felt really bad and didn’t want to complain at the time. The people working there were so sweet and kept checking in on us. Again, I’m a coward and didn’t want to be a “Karen”.
With that said, undercooked bacon is a BIG no. Especially in the food industry. Cold food is a no go. I didn’t eat the meat in the hot dog— just hid it in a napkin. I ate the bun and the bell peppers. I still ended up getting sick unfortunately; I thought my stomach was at least a little invincible to cross contamination but I was proven wrong about 2 hours later.
Would I come back here? Maybe. I’d probably get a burger instead.

Huge shoutout!! I called and asked for 20 breakfast burritos. They opened their business early to accommodate my order. They are at so many of our local sports and school events. They are a great small business to support!!

Brooooooo. Let me tell ya, this place SLAPS harder than a tidal wave to the face at dawn patrol. Rolled into Rock & Roll Burger (I thought it was called Rock and Roll CAFE) after a long sesh at the skatepark, and my stomach was making noises like a broken amp. I walk in and instantly killer vibes. Neon signs, classic tunes, and the kinda energy that makes you wanna high-five a stranger. Staff were legends too. super chill, all smiles, and they didn’t even flinch when I accidentally called the cashier “mom.” I got the burger, fries, and a soda the holy trinity of hangry salvation. The burger? JUICYYYY… Like, I had to pause midbite just to whisper “bruh” to myself. Fries were crispy golden magic, and the soda was fizzy enough to make my brain do a lil backflip... I think the burger mightve cured my seasonal depression, not gonna lie. Forgot to take a pic cause I blacked out from happiness. Honestly, if you haven’t hit up Rock & Roll Café yet… what are you even doing with your life? This spot is a full-send experience. Bring your appetite, your weird friends, and maybe a bib cause its gonna get wild. 11/10, would burger again.
