Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill is a fantastic spot in Simi Valley for those who want bold, fresh flavors with a healthy twist. One standout item from a recent visit was the Salmon Burrito—and it absolutely delivered.

The salmon was grilled perfectly—moist, flaky, and infused with a delicious smoky flavor from their woodfired grill. It was wrapped in a warm, soft tortilla with brown rice, black beans, fresh guacamole, and just the right amount of sauce to tie it all together without overpowering the fish. The burrito was hearty but felt clean and satisfying, not heavy or greasy.

What really sets Sharky’s apart is the quality of their ingredients. Everything tasted fresh, from the veggies to the fish, and you can tell they care about sourcing and preparation. The portion size was generous, and the meal was filling without leaving you sluggish.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. It’s great for a quick lunch or a healthy dinner option when you’re craving something flavorful but also nutritious.

Highly recommend the Salmon Burrito if you’re a seafood fan—it’s one of the better fast-casual burritos around, hands down.

So many positives from this experience. We had a large online order. It was was ready on time, hot and bagged with orders clearly marked. Staff was full of smiles and helpful . Salsa bar was immaculate with everything you could possibly need including fresh lemon and lime slices. Sharkys made our lunch event organized, delicious and special. Thank you so much Sharkys Simi Valley, CA. Please give those employees a raise! 👏🏻

App is not letting you add salsas- need to be fixed

My favorite quick service/fast casual Mexican food .... but not one salsa i can stand. Please, Sharky's, make a salsa without cilantro!!

Food is still tasty, but you don't get what you used to. Shrinklation is real, and the quality of service has gone down. Service time is okay though. BBQ chicken pizza is a staple there. I would probably skip the enchilada ( Or whatever the promotional item was) next time.

This is for the owner or management to inform them that they should check more often their food items in this case steaks/asada, I stoped for a shrimp and steak burrito and asada/steak was sour bitter I thought I was just me but I let my wife try and as soonest she took a bite she spit it out confirming it was bad. Please ? take care of customers.

The food is good and healthy if you pick smart, good quality, I got the power plate half shrimp, half salmon with quinoa and veggies and yams! Like always.. the cookers super fast, the guys at front are so dedicated to their job, everybody so friendly and helpful, thanks Sharkys ?
