So many positives from this experience. We had a large online order. It was was ready on time, hot and bagged with orders clearly marked. Staff was full of smiles and helpful . Salsa bar was immaculate with everything you could possibly need including fresh lemon and lime slices. Sharkys made our lunch event organized, delicious and special. Food is still tasty, but you don't get what you used to. Shrinklation is real, and the quality of service has gone down. Service time is okay though. BBQ chicken pizza is a staple there. I would probably skip the enchilada ( Or whatever the promotional item was) next time.
