$16 for two slices of very mediocre pizza. I had one veggie slice and one cheese slice. The cheese slice was embarrassing and the veggie slice had like burnt grass on it or something.

Best pizza in Simi especially if you like NY style pizza. Great tasting, good service and a huge slice of pizza.
We went in, noticed it wasn't too busy. Ordered an xl Pepperoni NY and a couple slices. Not too complicated, we thought. Ordered for dine in. 20 minutes in, we look at each other and had the same thought- it's taking a while, right? Went to the register a few minutes later and let them know we had to go, as we had to pick up the kids. I said it was taking a while, the worker says, it's only been 25 minutes! The pizza wasn't even ready at that point. Wondering how long they think it should actually take? She said 3 more minutes, we waited 5 more until I asked for a refund. She stalled some more, I said I'd call her from the car for the refund, she ran off somewhere and reappeared with a pizza ?. Not the best customer service for sure.

Overall good food but overrated - don't get the garlic bread, it almost has no garlic on it , pizza is great though.

We were excited to try you. The excitement turned to major disappointment. We tried to place a pick up order but none of the sites gave an option to add or exclude ingredients. We tired to call to ask if this was even possible and AI answered the call and just directed us to the online delivery/pick up sites .We asked to speak with someone and was on hold for half hour ( two different phones) and finally gave up. We were tempted to drive there and order in person but wanted to know if half pepperoni is possible . I get it if changes / substitutions are not permited just needed an answer. Beyond frustrating !

My mouth has seen the future of pizza and it is here at Slice House by Tony Gemignani. We live in the Santa Clarita Valley which is a NYC-style pizza wasteland...We heard that one of these slice houses was opening up in our valley and we just couldn't wait to try it so we headed out to Simi to give this location a try.
We couldn't have been happier about what the future holds for us.
All I really need out of pizza, as a baseline as a good, authentic slice of NY-style cheese pizza. Lots of places offer pizza-shaped food which has the general look and flavors one would expect...but few do an actual perfect NYC-style slice...super thin and crispy with the right amount of sauce and cheese. that's exactly what we got here.
We also really enjoyed the Sweet Gino Grandma slice we got...they have several styles of pizza and you can get any pizza you want on any of those styles (NY, Grandma, Detroit, Sicilian...check their website for photos and descriptions about what differentiates these styles.) So there are plenty of options for you if you're ordering a whole pie...though if you want to sample slices you're limited to what's in the display case...not a problem for most folks, but if you're a vegetarian and really want to try a Detroit slice, but the available Detroit slice happens to not be vegetarian, you're out of luck unless you order a whole Detroit pie.) I don't see this as too much of a problem when they open up in our valley as I envision a long future of ordering entire pies in all their styles so I become a Tony Gemignani-ologist, expert in all the styles they offer...though it would be nice if there was a vegetarian slice option in all their styles in case I happen to be walking by and there's a pizza slice emergency.)
They also have pasta, a couple of vegetarian sides, wine and beer, and Aperol if you want a fun Italian experience. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table.
Slice House will be a true pizza game-changer in the Santa Clarita Valley when it shows up here. We're so glad we got to experience it at this Simi Valley location.

Absolutely delicious pizza! Different styles of pizza are available. I look forward to trying them all. Nice restaurant. Casual and comfortable.

Whoever was slicing my pizza must've been high out of his mind or going through something. My girlfriend went to pick it up and watched him sit staring at the pizza, seemingly without a clue of how to slice the pizza. Please check on your workers, the pizza is delicious but the 15 minute wait ONLY to slice a pizza with it arriving home cold is really disappointing.

New Simi Valley location. Quality of the pizza is great, but….I don’t understand why I couldn’t add extra cheese to my slice. The guy offered to sell me a side of cheese that I could put on after the slice is warmed up. Who wants cold cheese on their slice? Why couldn’t they just add the cheese to the slice before they warm it in the oven? Not the best impression for an already difficult are to open a business in.

Very unimpressed with the NY style pizza. I'm from NY and always looking for a good pizza near the north SF valley. I was hoping for more from an award winning pizza maker, especially at these prices. This tasted like another conveyor belt chain pizza. I'll stick with Joe's, Pizza Wagon of Brooklyn, or Tomato Pie around the valley even though they are longer drives.
