How is this a 4.1 location when it's so unsatisfactory. rascim at finest speaking Spanish and was eating a sub from next door and I was going to order a refresher after my meal but was rushed to purchased drink. If not i was going to be asked to leave. Have been here many times as loyal patron and have not ever been treated as such.I do not know is it because I am brown or because this location is biased towards indigenous people. I thought segregation was non existent, but I felt as if I was profiled.

Expect delays in mobile orders. Average time frame can be up to 25 minutes at times in the 7 am time frame M - F. It’s mainly the food that causes the delay and the 10 people that work there are trying their best.

Rude customer service: I went through the drive through. The red head practically throws my drinks to me. Doesn’t say hello. Shuts the window as I’m trying to explain to her that the warm drink is too hot. Ugh!

I’ve been coming in a few times a week to this location and the service has been good up to this morning. It took them 11 minutes to get me a simple water and hot black coffee. I got there earlier than usual so I can order and make it to work on time. But since it took them 11 minutes for a water and coffee, I was late.

Starbucks is always great with their specials. My current favorite is a Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino made brevity style with extra caramel sauce and lots of whipcream. It is always clean and well stocked. The help are clean, neat and tidy. They have different new specials all the time. If you wait too long in line the drink is on them.

This is the third time I have asked for light ice and it's almost like they had more ice than normal at this location when it's 90+ degrees I don't want a bunch of ice melting in my coffee. It's really frustrating. It's printed on the tag and it's been three times in a row for a seven dollar drink.
