The food, and atmosphere is good. But they're consistently getting my order wrong. Today I ordered a quad shot, caramel ribbon crunch, with extra crunch. There was no caramel around the cup, no extra crunch and not one shot of espresso. Quad shot means 4 espresso shots, that costs extra so they took my money and gave the wrong drink.
Second drink was quad shot flat white, again no quad shot.
They keep hiring these kids that don't know to read a simple order.

I am not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, but every time I go into this location I get the best service and every barista is very friendly and cheery. It’s the only one in Simi Valley that actually has smiling and happy baristas. I really enjoyed the girl who helped me. She answered all my questions and was happy to help. I forgot her name but she has reddish hair.

This one is by far the worst Starbucks in the city. Must be because of management as usual.
How is this a 4.1 location when it's so unsatisfactory. rascim at finest speaking Spanish and was eating a sub from next door and I was going to order a refresher after my meal but was rushed to purchased drink. If not i was going to be asked to leave. Have been here many times as loyal patron and have not ever been treated as such.I do not know is it because I am brown or because this location is biased towards indigenous people. I thought segregation was non existent, but I felt as if I was profiled.

Expect delays in mobile orders. Average time frame can be up to 25 minutes at times in the 7 am time frame M - F. It’s mainly the food that causes the delay and the 10 people that work there are trying their best.
