It is a good public space to sit outside and meet people you sell stuff to online. Their coffee is overpriced so I just bring and drink my own coffee :)Parking: Plenty of spots in you can almost always park in the first or second row of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Everything is at street level

I only go to this location because of one of their baristas, Dom. He's the best barista I've ever seen and he's so nice that he gives me a reason to keep coming back. 10/10 #

Everytime I come to this particular Starbucks my drink is wrong. Every single time. I usually drive out of my way to go to the Starbucks on Cochran because their lines move quick and they never mess up. But every once in awhile when im in a hurry I go here and then immediately regret it. When im stuck waiting 30 minutes just to get the wrong drink.

This Starbucks has a drive thru and a huge kitchen for getting drinks ready. I usually swing thru for a mobile order and find the drive thru to be quite popular. I’m usually in and out under 5 minutes. I’m not sure I’d want to sit indoors as it’s a tad noisy. Some people like that though. They have an outdoor seating area that is also nicely sized. Weather permitting I think I would sit there given a choice. The staff was friendly, but the mobile pickup section is somewhat confined with customers crowding it while waiting for their drinks.

It was busy at 10 am on a Saturday morning, but I waited 20 minutes to get a grande chai tea and a cup of water. The water came within 5 minutes but the chai tea (it wasn't a chai tea latte, it was just a cup of hot water with 2 tea bags) took 20 minutes! When I asked the barista to check on my tea order, she said that someone must have taken it because she didn't see my order, however I never heard my name called or saw my order placed on the counter. A minute later she said that someone was working on it. It turned out that the cashier must have forgotten to make it. It seems like the wait for orders inside (vs. the drive thru) is always much longer but this was an extremely long wait. The cashier should have offered me a refund because of the wait since it was her mistake.

Feel like they're removing recent reviews so I'm reposting mine. I usually have to order my drink in a special way to get it made properly bc this location for some reason has really watery drinks. I almost can't even come here bc I won't drink it. Some of the employees are nice , some give "the customers are so rude and life is so hard " vibes when they're the rude ones. Laws of attraction. You get what u give. Most people aernt "mean" for no reason. I've worked enough of these jobs to know the employees are usually not as great as they try to present themselves. The strongest employee usually doesn't survive in these environments

I had the nicest experience with a barista today at the LA and first Starbucks. Her name is Lexi . I was having issues with my lid staying on. She helped me with a double cup trick that I will use from now on. She was caring and took the time to listen and help me. I highly recommend Lexi and this Starbucks.

I mostly come here just to hang out and do things on my computer. It’s very cozy inside and the temperature is usually pretty good. The amount of people inside is a good amount, so you can usually get a good spot to sit at. It can get loud at times due to the workers making drinks, which makes sense. I really love their strawberry açaí refreshers and their food. I would recommend to many people.
