Definitely not the experience I expected. I asked if the restroom had a code and if so, what was it. First thing that comes out of the barista’s mouth is “it’s for customers only”in a particularly despot/condescending way. Like Im some kind of tweaker or homeless. I get it, there’s lots of meth in Simi, but yikes! I explained that I would much rather relieve myself and then proceed to take my time ordering and enjoying my food and drinks. To which they replied “ok, but it is our policy”. Floor inside the store was wet. It did have some signs up. Store was empty. With their attitudes, I wonder why? Proceeded to get only a drink and since I was completely put off by the restroom conversation, didn’t feel like eating or ordering anything further in this place. Ironically, I got asked the tip question when paying. The audacity. The 2 stars are for the fact that my chai was alright. Needless to say, I doubt I will be back to this store.

I know what it’s like to work there so I never try to make my order complicated, the most complicated things about my order are asking for things like extra foam or an extra pump of syrup and I’m always made to seem like I’m asking for something that’s inconvenient for the worker. It’s like I’m not even ordering some “secret” menu Frappuccino‘s. Also, they never put nitro lid on drinks with cold foam and when I ask for one, I tend to get a response in a slightly annoyed tone. The nitro lid isn’t just for nitro. It goes on anything with a thick foam, hence the larger opening.

I ordered 2 trenta dragon drinks with coconut milk and sweet cream foam and they were basically only coconut milk and sweet cream foam. It was barely pink and about 4 pieces of the fruit. It was really disappointing

Worst Starbucks in simi. Hire all females with attitudes.I get get better service in Compton Starbucks visiting family.. of course with that coked up manger can never order enough matcha powder either. The store doesn’t profit enough to sell matcha supposedly.

It is actually very nice to have this brand new Starbucks location opened within a mile from my home. It is in a very convenient spot to get in and out of, and the service is always professional and fairly efficient. The quality of the coffee is standard to all Starbucks, but locations vary in customer service, significantly.The dining area is small, but adequate for some people to come in and meet and or enjoy a quick meal and coffee. I often see people working on the computers; so there's that.
