This starbucks is insanely good! Drinks and food are always top tier! The service is phenomenal especially Lysette she is the absolute sweetest there !! All the workers here set off such an amazing ambiance to work or just chat in except Melody she' is absolutely so insanely rude and disrespectful to not only the guests but also her fellow coworkers! I can't believe someone would talk in such an awful manner to anyone let alone their status. She love to talk rudely about workers and guests. I used to love coming here everyday for the service and now she has completely ruined that. Personally it makes me sad that people like this are so entitled in the world. She needs to be sat down with and had a talk about her way of going about things. I get it life can be hard but she makes it harder for herself and everyone around her. Again I am completely and utterly disgusted and disappointed that target would hire someone that low. I hope this reaches HR! Have a good day!

I felt like they didn't understand what I wanted and when I tried to explain to them they were really rude and laughed as if it was a joke to them, I was a paying customer paying for two drinks without a problem until they started acting unprofessional. I'll gladly never come to this location again and will be going to the starbucks across the street as they are more professional about everything. I've never had a problem there only at this target location.

For me there is nothing better than to grab a Starbuck's coffee and hit the target isles! I want to start by saying I would not have gone to target if that store did not have a Starbuck's, there is a Target in my area that does not have a Starbuck's and I avoid going there for that reason. Regarding this review I want to add that the Baristas are key to this company. I purposely visit this Starbuck's I want to say at least 5-7 times a week if not sometimes twice in a day! I would also like to include that Lynette is also one of the reasons I shop here, she is quite an asset to this company, she is not only friendly and welcoming, but Lynette is one heck of an amazing barista, I know when I visit often, she already has my size cup in her hand and as I walk up, she reads out as she writes on the cup what I'm about to order which is super awesome, this girl is of great value, it's hard to find employees let alone STELLAR employees like Lynette. On that note target should also value her as well because I will go back up for another coffee because she makes a perfect cup and I continue to shop for things I would not usually buy from target because I am contently cruising the target, isles. I shop for grocery items now as well. I spend a ton more money now with the Starbuck's in the store. I would also like to include another member of the Starbuck's team, her name is Anjali she is always so professional and cares about the customer, super sweet, friendly and knowledgeable and offers polite suggestions on different coffees! I come back because these two ladies do an amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst Starbucks. I went in to get a drink at 2:53 pm and was told they were closed. They said it was for staffing reasons. There were 2 of them and they were getting paid to do nothing. I have been in Starbucks where they only had 2 people working and they were cranking out orders but not this one. They are lazy. I do not recommend them.

Customer service is actually horrible. The drinks sometimes is a hit and miss. The drive through is so bad at any given time and day. But if one needs coffee, there's just no choice but to queue in line.

To be fair, this Starbucks isn't corporate so I can't say it's a bad Starbucks. It shouldn't be that difficult to be a nice person, however I did have an extreme rude barista the time I went. The girl who took my order repeatedly cut me off and was very short with me. I told her "no classic" in my iced coffee drink, and before I could finish what I was saying, she cut me off and corrected me by stating: "it doesn't come with classic" .... To be fair, maybe these license Starbucks stores do it different, but at an actual Starbucks all iced coffees come with classic syrup by default. Furthermore, I tried to pay with my QR code on the app and she very rudely told me "I cant take that". This all may sound extreme, but there are nicer ways of saying things... especially when wearing that green apron. You represent a company, and luckily I understand it's just her and not Starbucks, yet it still looks bad on the company!!! There is another girl that is always extremely nice and really interacts with customers, so it's hard to write this review about one rude barista.

This Starbucks has been my go-to place since they opened. I have written great reviews and if ever a problem arose they fixed it and life was beautiful again. HOWEVER, there's been a big change in the past few months and I've just about had my fill of bad drinks and wasted money. When you spend $25 on drinks and atleast one person (usually 2) complain that their drinks are horrible and they end up sitting full on the counter ....ITS TIME TO MOVE ON! Sometimes you don't know your drink sucks until you are out of a horrendously long line and you just don't have it in you to go back and wait again (NOR SHOULD YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!!!!!!). I think my good people are gone :(
