Very rude workers in the evening shift that I just now experienced again. I came around 7:05pm. I guess they close the doors inside at 7, so she was letting someone out and then was going to lock the door as I was trying to come in. Then she says very rudely that she’s closing the doors the inside is closed and walks away. I understand that the inside was closing but she could have been more polite. I tried to get her name but the other coworker she was working with was also very rude as well saying she was not willing to speak to me through the window. I live just around the corner and this is not the first time I’ve experienced rude behavior from this location. I will not be coming here again.There is a way to talk to customers and this was just not it. If you’re not having a good day or hate your job don’t take it out on other people. Very distasteful workers.

7:11 pm, walked from far to get my dog a pup cup, online says closes at 7:30 pm. My pup loves coming here and knows exactly what we come for. Doors were locked at 7:11 p.m. I kindly knocked on the door and two of the employees shake their heads and say no with a hand gesture saying cut off, aka closed. I pointed to my watch and they kept shaking their heads and saying no. So unprofessional and RUDE

I stop by this store as much as possible after work. The night crew is very welcoming and never fails to make my drink perfectly every time. The whole team is great, but Gabby and Ricky in particular always stand out to me! If I could leave a 6 star review, I would :)

EVERY TIME I do a mobile order and show up faster than the "estimated time" they say something to me. I could just not do a mobile order, and order my 10 items at the drive thru and make them manually enter everything right there or I could order it on the app so they have the order already in the system and just need to prepare it. They are the ONLY Starbucks that complains. First Street Starbucks never does this to me. It's super ridiculous and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Raised prices so high not ever going back Charging extra $1 if you don't get ice and then only filling cup to where it would be if you didn't get ice. Doesn't make sense and they don't care So you pay $6 for an iced drink where you get 6 sips of the drink so a $1 a sip. Way out of my budget

Very disappointing. We have Starbucks now pushing request for tips in your face when paying for your order. Ok great. Today I tipped $5 on a $12 order and the lady working didn't even thank me. Not even a smile. From now on, there will be zero tip. Ive been a customer at this branch for about 16 years. I am making it a point to get my coffee elsewhere.

I have gone to this location a few times and every time has been a bad experience. Today was no exception, I got 2 cold breakfast sandwiches and when I told them they remade them and again they were both cold... One of my drinks had extra caramel drizzle which you have to pay for and they didn't put it on and the lady gave attitude when she didn't read the sticker and put it on in the first place. I have always been extremely nice when bringing up my complaints at the stores and I am always met with attitude and rudeness something needs to change at that location or I will not return. I do not recommend going to this Starbucks...

So pissed at 4:30 in the am I don't want to be trained on how to order my coffee. Also if I want to call the size a medium that should be ok as well . I changed my mind from riced to hot and it came with a training course on how to order . I've been going to this Starbucks for years now and this is the lamest attitude to give to a consumer. It's called customer service not teaching.
