Plenty To Go Around

Every time I walk in the door I am greeted by friendly people. A lot of other locations are simply too busy for the baristas to stop and speak with every customer.

Excelent as always! I was struck by the neatness of this Starbuks, the bathrooms, tables and order of the place. The girl was very kind when assisting me.

Walk in and go straight for the register and for the first 40 seconds Diego doesn't say hi, hello, how are you, what can I get for you until he notices I won't tell him what I want if he isn't going to start with the basics. Maybe he is use to pushing buttons when ppl just blurt out what they want but I'm old fashion I suppose. Simple greetings go a long way. This Starbucks layout has a lot of old table with lots of ware and tare. First time at this location and there is no reason I'll come back since I'm just passing by. My hot mocha has way too much whip cream which I didn't ask for Diego. The drink it's self taste great once I get past the cream.Walk into the restroom and it's decent; no trash.Customer service was poor.Lobby was old but nothing broke or dirty.Drink was delicious and perfect.Restroom was okay but the light turns on slow.12/09/23 5:07pm

Really enjoy this Starbucks as it has a drive thru and ample seating both inside and outside. I've never had an issue with the food or drinks here, they always make them perfectly for me! My only critique is that I wish it had a few more accessible power outlets for when I'm on my laptop.

Frequent here at this Starbucks, so happens here all the time. They ask for a tip but never offer utensils, napkins or ask "is there anything else you need" as you go through the drive up window. But always tell you that the the hand held will ask you a question before you slide the card.

Starbucks is kind of a money machine center. It's sort of not a coffee shop. There seems to be no one guiding anything. You sort of wonder about all the major food chains, the actual point is how can things be more of factory line like we really need to get these drinks out. This location is kind of hard to just chill in because it has become kind of idk unclean or just old feeling or something. Seems that no one kind of took care of the coffee shop like that because they're focused on drive thru orders. Sometimes you ordered at Starbucks and you felt like they truly didn't care about your order and that's because the worker works for Starbucks and their actually aim, or idk what they wanted to achieve, was about it's own self. And therefore what you ordered wasn't even an espresso drink that you felt was what you really wanted, it was a Starbucks drink. So truly we as a civilization of people on earth can no longer have coffee shops. We can have Starbucks.

Showed up at the drive-through at 10:20. They close at 10:30. They refuse service to me. I am very dissatisfied because I am a loyal customer every day at Starbucks I’m very upset with the way I was treated and they were very rude and they still had 10 minutes before they closed, and they still refuse service, I will be calling corporate

This is my FAV Starbucks ever. 9 times out of 10 my drink is perfect and nearly anytime I go to a different one it's off in some way. They're always so nice too!

35 minutes to get a coffee?!!!! Go somewhere else if you don’t want to wait.

Comment section is brutal for some really hard working employees who have to deal with a lot of pressure. Got a drink today, got messed up. No big deal, Diego assisted me, I think he's the supervisor. He made everything better and his customer service was amazing. It's the little things that, young man made effort for large cooperation and it will probably not be appreciated. So I hope this review helps in anyway. Thanks Diego.

Went in to get 3 lattes. Place was virtually empty. Waited over 30 minutes.. They never called our name. We went back up to cancel the order and the woman behind the counter that took our order, had no idea who we were. They completely forgot to put our order in. We just stood around for 30 minutes and they just ignored us. Completely oblivious. We are done with Starbucks.

Great experience here, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is that they thoroughly clean behind the seating bar cushions. Every morning I come in the same trash from the previous night is there and it makes me not want to sit there but those are the only 4 seats with outlets.

Stopped for a quick snack with my kids while we were on a bike ride. The person who rang me up was very polite and courteous but a little distracted. My order was wrong but fixed with no issues. This place stays busy. Drive thru is always packed so it can affect inside drink wait time. Order ahead was disabled.
