Just moved into Simi Valley last week and this has been my go to coffee shop for the last couple days early morning. The staff here are really friendly! So that is a plus, the location is newly remodeled and it's absolutely gorgeous, and it matches the more modern Starbucks locations I've seen throughout the valley. I have a go to order, always getting an oat milk latte. The last couple times I've noticed they can probably dial back the steam because that oat milk burns so quickly! Otherwise, I'm super super pleased with this location cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for putting in that time and effort every morning making sure my order is right!

Beautiful interior from before. The new remodeled interior really gives it a new opening space, somewhere to hang out with friends and family. The service from the staff have been nothing but top notch. They make you feel welcome. The variety of food is limited as the star of Starbucks is of course is there handcrafted drinks, ranging from Coffee, Frappuccinos, and there cold refreshers.Food comes second with sandwiches, pastries and other snacks to go. The good thing about this location is that you can get a nice cold drink to go and visit the other food court spots like Wing stop, Baja Fresh, or even Panda Express.

Very happy this location is done with their remodeling, I was picking up my coffee at a different location nearby and it was not the same, when I come to this location i feel welcomed and everyone is so nice. I'm so happy this location is open and I love the sticker I received on my order.

Super clean/ Super nice staff, lots of outdoor seating even some out of the wind . I had the Chocolate Mint Frap and he had a vanilla frap Yummy!
This Starbucks sucks I spent $12 on two drinks and was very disappointed with my order, it's been twice that I order a iced caramel macchiato and they make into the other drink I ordered which is a iced white mocha no whip. It's literally the same drink just different label. These people are so lazy to make my order correctly. It's not rocket science, nor is it difficult. Maybe rethink your line of work baristas.

They had what I wanted for lunch. I went to another Starbucks and they didn't have anything to choose from.But I was so impressed with this crew working this morning! They were efficient and fast with my order.The place was busy... Could've used a quick clean up.

I recently started working in the same plaza as this Starbucks location. I'm not from this area but coming to this Starbucks makes me feel at home. I noticed their "welcome home" handwritten on top of their door this morning and it made me realize that I definitely do feel at home. Staff is always friendly, I was never greeted by someone who is not. On my frequent visits, I am greeted by Kasey and Alex whom I wanted to shout out this review to. They have always made me feel welcome and like a "regular". Thank you to Kasey and Alex, as well as the rest of the staff, for always making my daily Starbucks trip a great one!

This SB is usually really good. Today I am disappointed that the person who took my daughter's order this evening did not honor her Birthday drink. I realize her birthday was yesterday, but she is a STUDENT ATHLETE and could not get to SB in enough time to get her birthday drink! And she asked to have her card reloaded and it was not done correctly.Can we please do better!
