The employees here are so unfriendly. They look miserable. I thanked them upon pickup for my order and all 3 looked up at me and just made snarky faces. Not sure what went so wrong. Customer service is so important. Only had to go here because the power outage killed the drive thru next door. Won't be going here again.

For in-store pickup, you should park on the south side of the drive thru line so that you can get in and drive out more efficiently. Don't get the idea that you should park close, you'll get trapped in the driveway line

I have been coming to this Starbucks before I get to work for the last two years or so. Initially, there was a battle with getting my drink right and receiving positive attitudes from the staff. The last several months, however, have definitely been a pleasure thanks to the manager. She has turned everything around and has made my experience very positive. I appreciate the politeness and the kindness of the staff as well as the continual efforts to make my drink right on my way to work. Thank you so much for the small changes you have made that have made a big difference.??

Me and my girlfriend had two absolutely simple orders - a mocha frappuccino, and a peppermint mocha. The two entirely unenthused and low-energy workers there (one's name was Madison, I didn't catch the name of the other) not only mixed up our hot/cold orders, but served both of us drinks with peppermint, a flavor which I hate. Honestly the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks. Incredibly disappointing.
