This is my fav Starbucks! I live on first street in Simi Valley and I drive to the one on Yosemite every morning! I feel like they just get the drinks right compared to every other Starbucks. This one

I go to this Starbucks practically every single morning and the staff is always super sweet and efficient!! I am always greeted with a good morning!! If they see that I've been waiting for a while they check in with me or ask me what I'm waiting on so that they can get it to me as soon as possible. I appreciate y'all and love y'all always!!!

I have been coming to this Starbucks before I get to work for the last two years or so. Initially, there was a battle with getting my drink right and receiving positive attitudes from the staff. The last several months, however, have definitely been a pleasure thanks to the manager. She has turned everything around and has made my experience very positive. I appreciate the politeness and the kindness of the staff as well as the continual efforts to make my drink right on my way to work. Thank you so much for the small changes you have made that have made a big difference.??

Sadly I have to give a poor review. This is the first time too for a Starbucks anywhere. This Starbucks is a nice place , however I cringe when I go sometimes through the drive-thru now and I'm confronted with one barista that works the window (she was there again at 4 pm today, and her name is spelled starting with a J. I'll spare calling her out by name.). She is not friendly at all, and twice lectured me on policies I was unaware of. Today I ordered online and went to pick up order at window. I had no idea you have to stop at intercom again. Lesson learned and no biggie, but again, she acted rude for no reason and has this sour look. Second time to me she did this and I went up to the window friendly. Again, I've never experienced this at any other Starbucks and I go to many. Thought I'd say something. I will avoid this one. Maybe I'm not the only one since there was no one in line here?

Ordered 2 chai lattes with almond milk and now we both have food poisoning. They need to check their expiration dates and make sure they are reading what exactly is ordered. It tasted like it was regular milk not almond milk. We couldn't even finish the drink.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and fast. They are patient too with the challenging Starbucks app! It's a great place to get a delicious coffee by nice baristas who take the time to say Hello, how are you? This is my favorite Starbucks!

I stop at this Starbucks most morning. I have the Starbucks app so I always place a Mobil order. The drive through is always popular which means a little longer wait. I like going in and having my coffee ready. The staff always greets you with a hello and a thank you have a good day. So if the morning is a little rough, come inside and get a friendly hello!

Very nice workers, but they genuinely don't know how to make drinks. I live down the street so I keep going here for convenience, but it's been such a waste of money every time I go. They always forget dairy restrictions, they put way too much water in their chai tea, forget when told to make something decaf... the list goes on. Really wish someone would teach them properly.
Friendly customer service and nice drive thru with painted murals. The parking area does get a bit congested during certain times but good Starbucks overall. This side of simi was in need of a Starbucks with a drive thru.

Great Experience!! This location is very convenient and easy to get in and out. . Had great service by Matthew, he was finishing up with another order, however, he acknowledged that I was waiting and said he would be right with me. He has great customer service skills and took my order correctly. He made sure I received my order and told me to have a great day. Love the service!!

Typical neighborhood Starbucks. This Starbucks was once a bank, that was recently refurbished as a Starbucks! Nice renovation with limited seating inside and outside. More of a take away place. Good drive through as once a bank.Was very sad today that my go to fall item: pumpkin spice latte was out! How can you be out! Limited time offering: sadly!

We don't usually go looking for Starbucks, let alone many other businesses on the eastern side of Simi, but we were heading to the Valley last weekend, and this location was handy. We had some time to wait for timing of meeting friends, and this fit our needs perfectly. Dear Hubby mentioned that it looked like a former bank building. That was confirmed by a staff member, and by other Yelpers. They kept the roofline so that the drive-thru is covered on both sides of the building. The cashier said that the front patio area used to be part of the large indoor lobby. They definitely got creative with the overall space. Large leafy graphics are painted on the inside of the drive-thru walls, which adds some visual interest to the outdoor space. In addition to the normal outdoor tables and chairs, there's also a round seating area for a more cozy gathering space. The cashier was very welcoming. A couple of nit-picky things that happened. I am following a dairy free diet, so we decided to try the Apple Crisp Oat Milk seasonal beverage made without coffee. Even though I mentioned non-dairy ingredients, they forgot and put whipped cream on top, so had to remake the drink. Also, the outdoor tables don't seem to get cleaned by the staff. I had ordered an ice water, so was able to use some of the water and napkins to wash down the table we picked. There were only a couple of tables free, and they all had crumbs and sticky rings from previous guests' drinks. We enjoyed their seasonal pumpkin bread for a snack. It was very fresh, and lightly warmed make it perfect to tide us over till dinner. If we lived in the area, this could be our go-to spot.
