Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Takes so long to make an ice cream. There were five people ahead of me and my family and by the time we were taking our order it had been almost 30 mins of waiting.

The lady who helped us today Saturday between 3pm and 4pm was amazing. My daughter got the Dubai cup and she made it so good. She gave great service. We will definitely be back for more.

No air conditioning, one employee and ants crawling on the wall and on the seats.

This is the second time we’ve been here and both times it’s been one young employee tasked to handle a large line.

Took literally an hour of standing in line and sweating to get our ice cream in a line of 10 people. We then sat down at a booth covered in ants.

Management is terrible here and needs to learn how to run a business. Cool concept and that’s the only reason this place gets business.

Anyone with more care for their business could setup shop next store and crush it.

By far the best ice cream in Simi Valley. I've tried the rest, now I can say this is the best. If you are looking for ice cream in Simi Valley, come here.

My wife and I used to go here when we were dating years ago. We brought our 4 year old today and were helped by Cali. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations and was soooo great with my son. She made our experience an easy 10/10. Thank you!

Awesome place! Love were the options of mixing and making my own flavor! Love the staff theyre so friendly! Also celebrating Easter holidays so they have special days with discounts or events in general! I love seeing how ice creme forms from the Liquid nitrogen, awesome place to learn about it! Flavor is also top notch!

They got it all right: Very balanced level of sweetness, which was great cause I don't like ice cream that's too sweet! The texture was excellent, not too mushy and not too hard and the topping added the balancing crunch. Finally, the flavors were bold but not overpowering. Here's a shot of my decadent strawberry rhubarb pie.

All in all, wonderful ice cream and very friendly folks working there! They deserve all Google's stars and then some!

Awesome ice-cream place. The coffee is delicious the way they freeze the ice cream with nitro is cool!

Madi was AMAZING!!!! She is the perfect example of what customer service should look and feel like. She was funny, warm and welcoming! What a phenomenal way to embody sub zero culture. We will be back not just for the ice cream but to chat with Madi!!!!

What a great experience today!

I brought my two year old that had such an amazing experience with tastey ice cream. I'm so sorry I never got the girl that helped me's name but she was STELLAR and good customer service is hard to come by these days!

Amazing experience! I went to one in Utah and they said they had some in California too. Well as of this review, there is one in California and it's relatively new. Everything about it was amazing and I'd highly recommend checking this place out! The lady helping us was very nice and helpful and I will definitely be coming back!

The new shop is great. Owner is trying a lot of new things including some ice cream sliders in a cute box and the experience of freezing before your eyes is always fun.

Really appreciate the vegan options available here. There are 2 vegan bases to choose from: almond and coconut. Lots of the flavor mix ins are vegan. It would be really nice to have the menu board call out which ones are vegan so that the workers don't have to read it off every time. The employees are very good about not cross contaminating the vegan options with the dairy options. Lots of the toppings are vegan, but there was less knowledge on which items are vegan. Again, would love to see the vegan items labeled on the menu board for ease of ordering.
Overall, the ice cream was good, the workers were nice, and they had indoor and outdoor seating available. Look forward to coming back!

Went to Subzero for the first time and what a neat experience. We walked in and was greeted by there awesome staff. Can’t wait to bring the kids here.
