cant see the price of everything until after you pay so it was too late to realize the lady added on extra meat that i didnt ask for, annoying

Everything I ordered was made incorrectly. I asked for no onion and got onion on a Kids sandwich. Kids meal was missing the other included items. The cookie I ordered was the wrong kind. The chips weren't included in my bag, had to ask for them and still got the wrong kind. The only thing correct was the fountain drink I poured.

Walked in to get a sub and there was no one inside just the gentleman working, he not once looked up greeted me or said one word. I go to order and he doesn’t even acknowledge that I am standing there in front of him. From what I saw he was making a few subs. I am guessing it was an online order since I was the only one there. I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service. It doesn’t take much to say “welcome” when a customer comes in, to acknowledge they are there. I was standing there for a good 10 minuets till he said what can I get you. I ordered my sub and paid. Before I left I asked him what his name was, he refused to give it to me, which is fine because I will not be a returning customer.
If he was busy making online subs he could have easily said “ I’ll be with you in a minute I’m working on this order” which I would have 100% been okay. Yet he lacked to welcome me, acknowledge that I was even there and didn’t communicate at all, while I stood there for about 10 mins.

I hope management handles this situation so it doesn’t happen to others.

I also recommend that his long hair gets pulled back instead of it hanging on his neck or use a net. Not very sanitary.

Don't order online deals from the Erringer Rd, Simi Subway as this store will then make garbage sandwiches, mostly just the bread, next to nothing inside.

One of the two employees on the Closing shift of 09/15/23 needs to fired over sanitary concerns. I was already being helped by a really friendly employee who always helps me (I don't know his name other than he's the only one who hardly speaks English) this dude is always nice and knows how to make a good sandwich. While waiting for him to finish with another customer the employee in question was out mopping the lobby/bathroom. I was on my phone and noticed him stop halfway through and bring the mop and bucket behind the counter. I stop paying attention because the other customer is almost done with his order when all of a sudden I hear this guy trying to take over, I kindly decline and say I'm going to have the other employee help me finish my order and he says no I'm here to help him. When I declined again he got very frustrated and visibly angry. I don't know about you guys but I don't want my food to be anywhere near someone who was obviously just cleaning a bathroom and trying to close the store an hour early. Moral of the story this location will make your sandwich immediately after detaling the lobby and bathroom stay clear!!!

NEVER USE SUBWAY APP! No way to report issues. I just ordered two sandwiches with chips and a drink. 3rd party dasher said he didn't have them. But clearly on the receipt. Called the store but no answer.

Homeless lady sitting right outside playing with her belly fat. 2 incompetent employees that are hours away from taking their lives. If you’re the franchise owner… might want to check in on your location..: I don’t expect much walking in to fast food, but man this place was depressing and the guy talked to me like he was soulless.

Parking: Plenty of parking because people learned to go to other subways.

Was just there, all employees looked mad, didnt greet anyone, they had no sense of urgency when making orders, no eye contact! No customer service whatsoever!! When charged didnt get a please or a thank you! Had to bag my order as they just put the bag on counter!! Said thank you as I was leaving and got no response! RUDE!! They need some serious training on how to treat customers and provide a good service!
