Absolutely horrible service... including the manager that had to be called . Refusing to do a simple sandwich after THEY messed up and lied about it to my face knowing I watched her . Remade the sandwich with hardly anything on it and no condiments. Then when this was addressed the manager refused to remake it . And then the employees ...bless their little hearts ...decided to use their we have the right to refuse you service. So in the end the entire order was refunded. Waste of time energy and just Absolutely ridiculous 🙄 time spent. We obviously won't be returning here nor will I recommend anyone using the subway next to Rick's bike shop. I hope the owner manger or whom ever it is...corrects their behavior . Word of mouth can be powerful. Anyhow have a great day.

The attention from Camila and the other lady was excellent!!!, but; I think the manager is a small, dark-skinned woman, who looked bad drawing attention to how to wrap the sandwiches in front of me. If she is the manager (how unfortunate that they hire people without values ​​to manage), I suggest they send her to a seminar. personnel administration, “the employee is called to attention in private and congratulated in public” basic principle of personnel administration.
I hope you take my opinion into consideration, I have been a customer of this restaurant for years.

Went there recently, and got told that this subway is under new management. Looking at previous reviews this really shows.

From the moment I entered the location, I was greeted by the staff who were smiling and friendly. Saheli and Camila were awesome!
Something that matters a lot to me in a place like Subway is if the staff listens to your order and takes care in executing it the way you like it, and to that point they were great. Attentive and put the contents in the sandwich nicely - they didn't just slap it in there but actually took care to make it a great sandwich.
The location itself was clean and well kept.

We all know that Subway has gotten more expensive over the last few years, but honestly, if it comes with the kind of care, attention and great service my wife and I received at this location, then it is still well worth the price for a great sandwich and a good customer experience.

I'd recommend this location to anyone at this point :)

Parking: Plenty of parking right out front of the place, around 10-15 spots, also it is right next to a strip mall where you can find even more free parking.

Very poor customer service from both staff - does not say hi or acknowledge that you are there, just ignores you, no smile, not friendly at all and very slow pace. Food is good but staff needs to be trained on customer service - at least to have a smile. We had the same experience 3 times now.

Bad service, I say I want fresh tomatoes and they give me old tomatoes. I see the difference on the two containers the other tomatoes look very fresh than the others slices tomatoes.

Gave us other peoples food, and never get other food right past five times we’ve been there. It has not been right shame on this place never come here ever it is a disgrace to all of the other subways

Bread was hard, food looked moldy, both employees working there were rude & barely even wanted to take my order. Employees are always rude at this location, that’s why I stopped coming here in the first place.

Employee on the closing shift of 9/15/23 tried going out of his way to make my sandwich after he was clearly in the middle of detailing the lobby/bathroom when I respectfully declined and asked for the original employee who was making my sandwich (he was just finishing up with another customer) to continue my sandwich "toilet hands" got visibly frustrated and declined and said I'm here to help him when I asked again he got mad and started an argument so instead of fighting I simply walked out with him talking under his breath the whole time. I don't know about you guys but I don't want my food being anywhere near someone who was Clearly in the middle of a deep clean absolutely disgusting.
