Ok..if this location runs out of mayo...it's because whoever was working at NOON on November 28th put ALLTHE MAYO IN THE STORE on the 2 sandwiches I ordered!!! What the hell

Bread was hard, food looked moldy, both employees working there were rude & barely even wanted to take my order. Employees are always rude at this location, that’s why I stopped coming here in the first place.

Disappointed, poor/horrible customer service now. In the past, extremely polite, and accommodating. After confirming the employee was taking bread out of the oven for my online order, I asked for Jalapeño bread - not on menu and not always in stock. The employee accommodated without an issue. But after that, I was told, with a serious attitude, I couldn't change anything from my online order per her supervisor, huh? I asked to not add the lettuce, changed my mind. There's no difference if you order in person or online if the sandwiches are not made yet? Of course, if you order an extra item that costs more, you must pay for it. Then I was told they could only open one spinach container daily, ran out while putting on my sandwich. Additionally, the employee was talking to a friend who was standing on the other side of the counter almost the entire time (not another Subway employee). NOT acceptable if helping a customer. Regardless if new store policies (spinach & online order) or just a rude/unprofessional employee, extremely poor service now at this Subway. Tried calling several times to discuss with a supervisor but mailbox was full. In the future, will order from a different Subway regardless of the distance.

Employee on the closing shift of 9/15/23 tried going out of his way to make my sandwich after he was clearly in the middle of detailing the lobby/bathroom when I respectfully declined and asked for the original employee who was making my sandwich (he was just finishing up with another customer) to continue my sandwich "toilet hands" got visibly frustrated and declined and said I'm here to help him when I asked again he got mad and started an argument so instead of fighting I simply walked out with him talking under his breath the whole time. I don't know about you guys but I don't want my food being anywhere near someone who was Clearly in the middle of a deep clean absolutely disgusting.

This location seems to subscribe to the philosophy that, "This place would run a lot smoother if it weren't for all these customers!"I went in for a bite and the guy there couldn't be anymore dismissive - I was clearly interrupting his day! Nonetheless, I got my breakfast sandwich only to learn that they don't have coffee. Ever, apparently. So I was off to find a nearby coffee shop.The real kicker came when I used a card to pay, and immediately after the transaction, the guy ripped the receipt off the little printer and threw it away, never asking if I needed it (I did).Time to find another location.

Betty-Jean was and is AMAZING!!! YAY I wish she was still here at this location. Her smile lights up this office and looked forward to going there. I recommended this place because of her. Thank you Betty-Jean ? We love you! ❤️
