Subway tastes better than it used to 5-10 years ago. At least that's how I feel, my wife uses the coupons that come in the mail and we get like $5 foot longs basically. The hotshot Italiano is quite good. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they didn't have my wife's order ready on at least 2 diff occasions and we showed up a few min late to pickup but other than that, good stuff ?

i come here pretty regularly only because i go here during my lunch break. whenever i go, there are always two hispanic women that are always so rude to me. the food is meh overall. it definitely isn't the freshest there is. however, the customer service makes this specific location horrible. i could be really nice to the employees while i order, but am treated horribly and in a rude and unprofessional way. i'm never rude to employees but when i'm asking questions or just trying to redeem a coupon or something, they tried snapping at me. the first time i came in, woman asked if i was ready and i said yes, but i took two seconds to view the menu and she was snapping at me saying, "i thought you said you were ready!" then she's out here throwing her hands in the air and shaking her head. one time when i tried to redeem a coupon she kept insisting the coupon im trying to redeem excludes my order (as written at bottom in black print, according to her) but i insisted that i knew what she meant but this coupon doesn't say it. after like 5 minutes she decided to have a look at it and didn't even apologize to me when she was incorrect. she had the same attitude. another time i asked for a fork and one of the two women didn't want to give me one. overall they have extremely unprofessional service. very rude and impolite employees to innocent customers that aren't being demanding.

This is the second time in this store they mess up with my order. So I have to go through again second time to just get the order. Worst customer service. Never would I go to this store and would recommend this store to anyone. There are many subways neighborhood.

It's a clean subway and the subs are what you'd expect so I give it a 3. I would give it 2 stars if it was not for the cleanliness. Many times I have come here I asked for a small cup for a drink. They always told me that they are out. Today when I brought in a coupon they did have them, which was hidden behind the register under the counter. To me that is weird behavior and won't be coming back.

Went in ordered a tuna and wanted to purchase a small cup noticing its empty Maria said "no we only sell small cups during lunch you'll have to buy a medium or large or nothing" i didn't want to pay extra when all I wanted was a small anyways I asked for water cup instead then later on my meal a man started video recording the building approaching me I decided to get out of the way and left disappointed.

Those newer subs are pretty decent. The Boss and the Bella Mozza being favorites. Maybe not the best subs around, but they have stepped up their game with the new menu items. Good move Subway.

Was about to order but saw how the guy who was preparing the food was kind of just throwing the food on there and didn't care to make good sandwiches.

Wish I could give no stars or even negative. My friend and I went to this subway before heading to the movies. We had to stand in line for about 15 minutes before my friend was even able to order. She asked questions due to her allergies and the lady couldn't even understand her. Also between her and I, a phone order had come in and asked for her order. So the employee immediately jumped on her order without even saying anything to me. We mentioned that she needed help, she said her manager was there but wouldn't come help. Ridiculous when she had such a long line. I ended up walking out without getting anything. I will NOT be back to this location.

My wife went to subway to grab lunch during her break and what a horrible experience she had. There were 2 ladies who were giving her attitude after they had a rude experience from a customer. Why would you treat someone the way they treated you? Makes no sense to lash out on a innocent customer just because someone lashed out in you! I will be expecting the manager or owner to reach out and fix this issue!

Ordered a salad and the container was a "side salad" size. The price was definitely NOT worth it. I asked if they chopped up everything and the boy said they no longer did that. Subway should do away with salads period! I would've walked out, but I didn't want to be rude. Only go to Subway if you're ordering a sandwich. Better yet, drive a few miles further and go to Jersey Mike's or the Sandwich Spot. The cost isn't any different.
