The food was disgusting, old and watery. Barely any meat you can taste and see. I’d rate this zero stars. Luckily I didn’t puke out, it was so gross that I thought I was going to throw up. This taco bell is the worst of all time in food quality 🤢🤮

Will always forget sauce without fail. Half the time food is old or if grilled has charred black spots over it almost like, not almost like they dont clean any of their equipment but cant go wrong nacho fries. I mean you can they're cold half the time but they still fire

The bean burrito I had a couple of weeks ago had an unappetizing liquid filling. The guacamole I paid extra for was thoroughly mixed into the liquid. Tonight I decided to try the black bean crunch wrap. It barely had any filling at all and I couldn't find the black beans. I won't be coming back. The people who prepared these items have no interest in quality.

Visited this taco bell on a trip from another state & it’s disgusting. The people who gave us our food were smoking in the lobby area & away from cameras eye view. They of course messed up our order so we came back thru the drive thru to ask for what was missing and spent 5 minutes arguing if it’s in the bag or not so I handed the guy the bag & guess what?? The item was missing… I wonder if all the pot got to his head. The next morning, me and my boyfriend came to address this with the manager and she & he both laughed at us and argued some more. I would not recommend whatsoever. Gross ?

My family and I went to taco bell around 8:30-9:00 Pm. We went through the drive through, to get some food as one does. When my mother and my aunt tried to order food this rude lady refused to serve us. She had an attitude, She literally took our food out of our bag and just switched it, And usually if they get you order wrong they just let you keep the food. Another thing was that my auntie tried to ask for her to repeat our order and the taco bell worker replied with “Its right their on the screen you can read it”, In an absurd tone. And lastly We had ordered about maybe 50$ worth of food and we asked for extra sauce and she had purposely gave us 3 sauce packets. This may not seem like a big deal but its not nice to be rude to people and just have a tone. This event happened at the taco bell at simi valley. I would not go their again.
