The bean burrito I had a couple of weeks ago had an unappetizing liquid filling. The guacamole I paid extra for was thoroughly mixed into the liquid. Tonight I decided to try the black bean crunch wrap. It barely had any filling at all and I couldn't find the black beans. I won't be coming back. The people who prepared these items have no interest in quality.

This is the better taco bell from the 2 in simi. Much friendlier service and when we eat in our car and go inside to refill our drinks they don't give us a hard time like the taco location.

Visited this taco bell on a trip from another state & it’s disgusting. The people who gave us our food were smoking in the lobby area & away from cameras eye view. They of course messed up our order so we came back thru the drive thru to ask for what was missing and spent 5 minutes arguing if it’s in the bag or not so I handed the guy the bag & guess what?? The item was missing… I wonder if all the pot got to his head. The next morning, me and my boyfriend came to address this with the manager and she & he both laughed at us and argued some more. I would not recommend whatsoever. Gross ?

My family and I went to taco bell around 8:30-9:00 Pm. We went through the drive through, to get some food as one does. When my mother and my aunt tried to order food this rude lady refused to serve us. She had an attitude, She literally took our food out of our bag and just switched it, And usually if they get you order wrong they just let you keep the food. Another thing was that my auntie tried to ask for her to repeat our order and the taco bell worker replied with “Its right their on the screen you can read it”, In an absurd tone. And lastly We had ordered about maybe 50$ worth of food and we asked for extra sauce and she had purposely gave us 3 sauce packets. This may not seem like a big deal but its not nice to be rude to people and just have a tone. This event happened at the taco bell at simi valley. I would not go their again.

The people are great. Very friendly. But the food is gross. Years ago, I had a bad meal so I didn't go back - until yesterday, when I tried it again. And now I remember why - the foeditastes terrible

Change your kiosk only ordering. Someone was waiting for 10minutes being blind and nobody helped them, then we wanted to modify our order and there was literally no options to swap out the meat and pay extra for it. Very unprofessional night staff who were unfriendly. 9-17-24 at 6:30pm so you know your crew who was present.
