Love my TB in the beautiful city of San Fernando, CA. Staff was great, cashier on point and helpful. Food was made in minutes, hot and ready. Not to mention the cleanliness. That is big to me. And this establishment has it all. My go to whenever I need to get my TB fix.

My wife and I decided to order take by using the drive thru option.The attendant greeted us with a " hi " only and we thought it was very odd, we proceeded to order a 12 pack of crunchy tacos and the response was " is that all " , it felt as if he wasn't interested in being helpfull in any way , I asked for 12 packs of hot and 12 packs of fire sauce and his responce was " is your order correct on the screen " we pulled up to the window and without any greeting took my debit card and immediately handed me our order and then returned my card.We got home within 5 minutes since we live behind this location and and when I opened the box there was a lot more salsa packages than 24 in fact after counting there was a total of 40, our biggest disappointment was to discover that the taco shells tasted old and instead of them being crunchy they were chewy meaning they were not fresh as well as very poorly served !!!Our visit was today Wednesday03-20-2024 at around 8:45 pm.The manager was definitely not on top of this crew or the quality and quantity of the ingredients.

I placed my order through the DoorDash application, my order was incomplete, I called the restaurant and the person who answered the call said that there was nothing she could do and the only thing she recommended was that I call the DoorDash company. I think that employees should be more careful and check the orders carefully before sending them. ?

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST,every time we go to Taco Bell they mess up the order or they forget to put on of the orders,example today for dinner we went to Taco Bell and I ordered two soft tacos and some other stuff on the menu and when they gave it to us the tacos weren't even there
Hands down rudest staff I've ever encountered. The manager ripped the bag out of my hand when I told her I was missing an item because she thought I was trying to get extra cinnamon twists. Slammed my food on the counter the. Tossed the twists into the bag and dropped it into my window. This is ridiculous I will never be eating at any Taco Bell ever again along with making sure people don't visit that establishment for as long as it takes until management rectifies this. Absolute shit!
