Service , was horrible order on the inside app !! Order sauce , drink napkins ..when I got my order I literally had to ask for every individual side ...no drink , no specified sauces , no napkins..

I don't regularly eat at Taco Bell. Egg Burrito with bacon....okay. I prefer Burritos soft, not grill pressed technique. Wierd. Baconvwas small tiny bits. Beverage: Didn't have decafe.

Ordered a meal box. Taco in it was completely broken. Ask for hot and Diablo sauce got medium and mild. And you guys gave me the nacho cheese for my chips with no chips. Three strikes you're out

TB workers want $20 an hour, but steal from families when they
mess up your order wrong and hand you NO RECEIPT... You can't argue that the order is wrong.. I even asked the tattooed ridden women working the drive thru if my order was all there... Of course she said it was while looking off in the distance... Never returning.

The worst manager I ever seen at taco bell her name is Jessy or Jessica I think, unprofessional with customers, treat customers as if they work for her!!, she shouldn’t talk with customer or have manager position, and the employees where shocked how she talked me, I’ll never visit this restaurant anymore.

I used to love going to Taco Bell and I'd usually go through the drive thru because of my sometimes busy schedule. This time as I went through the drive thru, I ordered and my total came to $9.11. I gave him, the person at the window, a $20 and he promptly shut the window. Then he quickly opened the window, gave me 89 cents, no $10 and shut the window again. I waited a bit, window opened and I told him I needed a $10 and he argued with me. I didn't have a $10 in my purse! I asked for the manager and she backed him up and said, "No, I already closed his drawer and he would be out of balance..: How did she close his drawer in the time I gave him money? I was still waiting for my order!!! Now, this is my mistake, they finally told me to drive around and the 'manager' would help me. I drove around, parked and entered the franchise. Here she was on her phone looking at the footage...at ANOTHER CAR! I drive an SUV! She again went and got the money from his 'drawer' and told me I WAS WRONG! I had to leave, but NEVER AGAIN will I go to this TACO BELL - a MAJOR RIPOFF! I was beyond disgusted!! Never again! So, people WATCH YOUR MONEY!!
