Food is always excellent and good portions, The only drawback is the entrees do not come with steamed rice so make sure to already have it ready at home on to go order or add it if you want it - My Favorites are Drunken Noodles w/Shrimp & Chicken, Pa Nang Curry w/Beef, and Tom Ka w/Shrimp. Tonight per my mom's request added thew Mussaman Curry w/Chicken. Great flavors and always fresh perfect seasoning, only emphasize spicy if you want very spicy otherwise be clear about how spicy you prefer. Best All Around Thai Food in Simi Valley!!!

The staff at this place is the worst. The woman from tonight always ignores you when you're ordering, pretending to be busy! She has a sour face and treats people like they don't want to serve you. Either raise her salary or give her a PR course!

Never really been to this place so I went in to order a meal paid for it said I want the orange chicken meal paid $15 plus a dollar tip and I got one small box of orange chicken never any mention if there was rice or anything with it. I will never go here again.

Hello Simi Valley !! We have a winner for best Thai food.....probably in the top 3 of the nation. Vegetables are super fresh, food is superb. I love the Pad Thai....really really great flavors....try this place - simply amazing. Great atmosphere and the people are super nice....highly recommend

The bald cashier guy never smiled was not friendly he didn't even listen to the order my grandma gave jokes he was just straight face and we paid almost $50 and didn't get out full order will not be going back

I was disappointed how flavorless and poorly prepared the food was. Chicken overcooked and lacking flavor, pineapple rice ended up just salty rice without any Thai seasoning, canned pineapple and hard flu any raisins or cashews. - also mushy.

The food at Thai House was solid, no complaints there – flavorful and well-prepared. But the service? Let’s just say I spent the whole meal wondering if I accidentally walked out with their rice cooker. The servers gave us looks like we’d stolen something priceless. No smiles, no warmth – just pure suspicion, as if we’d been caught sneaking out with all the curry paste.
I tried making polite conversation, but the vibe stayed icy, like we were undercover food critics there to shut the place down. Honestly, it felt like they were doing us a favor just by letting us sit there. Great food, but service with a side of interrogation. Eat here if you want good pad Thai, but don’t expect to feel welcome!
