i absolutely love this coffe bean there so sweet and super friendly fast service too so idk what someone is talking about attitude im personally an ambivert but usally lean more towards introvert but the staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable this didnt happen to me but i did once see a girl working on her homework and she had orderd a bagel and a worker brought it out to her so she didnt have to stop her work which i found so nice and helpful! 100/10 recommend

this is my favorite cbtl location to come to! i go to cbtl very often across many locations in Ventura/LA counties, and regularly come to this one.speaking on the last year, when i come in the evenings, the place is well maintained, the evening staff is always very warm and welcoming not just to me, but the many people i see them interact with, are receptive to my feedback, and overall make me feel comfortable being in this space. the tea lattes (ask for their tea menu card!) and ice blended drinks are very well done, even compared to other cbtl locations, and certainly compared to other non-cbtl cafés.i've come to this location since 2010 off and on, and have had the best experience here now compared to any other time in the past.i will always very highly recommend cbtl to friends over other chains, and recommend this place to anyone in the area or passing through.

I ordered my first white mocha and it was awful. Poured it out and had dark chocolate at bottom. Sick for hours. I recently decided to try them as I usually go to Starbucks. I even got their app and out money on it.

There’s a weird vibe here, kinda rude. Doesn’t seem very welcoming lately. The drinks aren’t made with enough powder. Noticing the baked goods are also out of stock recently.

I love their Majestic Moroccan tea and great customer service!

I prefer Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to Starbucks. There is much better food and drinks.

I don't drink a lot of coffee, but I always come to coffee bean for the holidays. My friend and I have a tradition to get our first ? drinks when the season starts. We used to get the gingerbread men cookies every year too, but they discontinued the large ones so now we get whatever gingerbread cookies they have each year. Their pumpkin flavor is superior to anything similar at Starbucks and their coffee is definitely better. My favorite is a pumpkin Chai latte, iced.

CoffeeBean is a great coffee shop, well no it's not but should have been, but it's like ruined by a bum who lives here and it's like this is a coffee shop and it's like there's a bum though. If that person wasn't in the establishment it'd feel more like a coffee shop where people can associate and a more fun environment. There's not much people here during afternoon and night and it would definitely be a better shop all around with a few changes. Staff is kinda okay but it's like I just gotta get through my shift feel. Take out is okay here.

Located in a large shopping mall. World market etc. Coffee bean makes the most incredible Iced blended mocha. 3 generations of mine LOVE CBTL...
