I suggest ordering ahead online...pizza taste great...couple tables if you wana eat it there...plenty of parking...friendly staff and other items on the menu if you wana try sandwiches or deep dish...I get the XL pepperoni and sausage

I’ve been a customer for a while. I don’t do delivery anymore. That last few times it’s taken over an hour and a half. It’s also necessary to check your order as of late as well. They charge for extra sauce on their wings. The last two times, after paying for extra sauce, the wings have been all but dry. If you’re going to charge for it, even if it’s only 25¢, provide it. Sauce is cheap, losing customers because you aren’t putting enough sauce is expensive. They’ve got one more chance.At least the pizza is good.Edit: So I had to edit this review. It’s a shame the food is so good, because the service is now, unfortunately, terrible. I called at 3:45. Placed my order and was told “30-35 minutes.” I’m here now, it is now 4:35, and I’m still waiting for my food. This will be my last time here unfortunately. I gave multiple chances for this place because the food is good. But this isn’t the same place it was when the dude who opened it was passing out slices of pizza when they’d have bands play at the fountain.

This review is long overdue! I do not live near this location (which really is a bummer for me), but my work is in Simi so my team and I order East Coast every time we have a meeting or a pizza day at work. The quality and taste is fantastic and what I really appreciate is their consistency. They are the ONLY pizza company that has delivered the same, delicious pizza every single time (and I've been ordering for about 7 years now lol). It's never fun to get a pizza from a place you usually love and suddenly it has too much sauce, not enough pep, over cooked, etc (and accidents happen, but it's still a bummer). With east coast, this never happens. I can 100% trust that their pizza will be up to par. I will never stop recommending them!!!
