Some of the food is pretty good, but the trash on the floor, stuck on food in the cups, eyelash in the butter, and non service dogs make it all seem unsanitary.

A fantastic place for breakfast.

Visiting from out of town, I met some friends here for breakfast and was absolutely delighted by how good the food is. I had Elvis French Toast (peanut butter/banana) and it was amazing.

All the staff are friendly and attentive. Best breakfast I've had in a while.

Our waiter Augustine is always super friendly and has great service. We just opened up our own business here in Simi, so getting to a quick breakfast spot with good food and a friendly start to the day is very helpful for us. 5 stars

Went to this restaurant based on reviews. I'm not sure how these other reviews were so pleased with the food, but people should definitely pay more attention to the quality and cleanliness of the food before eating here again. The meat had an offensive odor. The sauce in the chilaquiles had a metallic taste. Some of the food items were cold. However, the eggs and potatoes were good so we did eat only that from our entree! Our waiter was rude, I'll leave it at that. I definitely like to recognize good customer service by tipping well, but this was definitely not restaurant quality/service for them to add their own tip especially for a party of 3, that should tell you something....
Want quality, cleanliness and good customer service? Just a suggestion, Country Deli in Chatsworth or Las Fuentes but Reseda location.
