Great Steak Bomb Hoagie

We recently moved back to the area from NYC and had guests in town from Philly & NY. The challenge…could we actually find Philly Cheesesteaks that were worthy of the namesake itself.

The answer - Great Steak Bomb Hoagie was not only spot on - but exceeded ALL EXPECTATIONS AND DOUBTERS! 🔥🔥🔥

We ordered a landslide of large cheesesteaks to sample the lot - with the owner Ezio guiding me through his faves.

- Pizza Cheesesteak

Everything was amazing and home made in house. Seriously cannot go wrong with Bomb Hoagie. Even the Kids Cheeseburger was a hit!

Sliced Ribeye was perfection, onion rings were beer battered, and the fries were addictive. The owner also threw in some of their homemade potato chips and sauces on the side.

It’s only been a couple of weeks since we ordered for takeout - and planning to return soon. They were out of Pastrami - so that is next on the list 😋

FINALLY - a place where they not only respect the craft - but deliver quality cheesesteaks that are truly the Bomb 💣

I've been going here for years and they never disappoint. Customer service is great. Food is DELICIOUS.

I had to call today and ask some questions about their website. The person working took his time to walk me through it and even honored a promotion over the phone that was not working on the site.

I cannot recommend this place enough times. Run there, don't walk. You will be thankful you did.

The service was phenomenal. Their sprite was out and the owner offered to go to the store to get me a sprite! 🥰 I didnt take the offer but its the thought that truly counts.

This place is pricey, but that's because they use high quality meats and other ingredients. The result is the best cheese steak sandwiches in SoCal. And don't even get me started on their potato chips made in house.

Solid family owned shop with excellent Philly cheese steaks. They also do burgers and cold sandwiches but I've always stuck with the cheese steaks

were here on simi valley and looking for a place to get lunch. I call up bomb hoagie asking them a few questions and one was in they had a restroom. She immediately said yes and I mentioned i was disabled. We got the directions and got a phone call and it was bomb hoagie letting me know that there's a certain area for handicapped access and told me the way. Most places wouldn't even think twice about calling back to let me know the access area. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness. Thank you for the delicious food too! A++++

Always hits the spot. The owner is very kind and engages customers as they come in. The cheese steaks are my favorite! Home made chips rock, zucchini is very tasty, and meatball is off the chart!

First time eating here. Came in Monday around opening. Had minimal options available on the menu, apparently they had a very busy weekend and the restock shipments hadn’t made it or something. Wanted a meatball sub but they didn’t have meatballs, so I didn’t order. Owner made me a free pizza hoagie anyways and apologized. Gave him a tip and a thank you. They did not have to do that, was very kind. Also, that was the best pizza sub I’ve ever had. Would recommend! Go support your local restaurants like this one!
