Excellent customer service. The owner is so friendly and greets everyone as if she's a long time friend. I ordered the mushroom & cheese steak hoagie and it really hit the spot. I loved that the sandwich was hot and fresh off the grill when it was served. A full size is a pretty decent size and will fill you up. My coworker recommended this place and so glad I went! Must try if you’re in the Simi Valley area.

Usually places that are on the more expensive side are mediocre for the price you pay. However, this place was on point as it's on the expensive side but the food was excellent. I'm from Philly, and you aren't going to find a better Philly cheesesteak on the West Coast. Onion rings and mozzy sticks were excellent. Fries were overall classic, good fries. Overall 5/5, 0 complaints, worth every cent spent here.

Came in to try the burgers. Was not disappointed. E.T. was super helpful. Place is nice & clean. Food came out quik. Their fries are better than most and the fresh cut potato chips are next level. We will definitely be back!

The worst food and service ever?I went there with one of my friends last week for dinner. The person who was working there showed us a bad attitude and the worst part of this journey was our foods. I’m a doordash driver and have worked in this business for several years. I decided to ignore what happened until I went there to pick up two doordash orders from there today .they showed me the bad attitude like their colleague. That is why I decided to write a bad review about the night with my friend. I reported this restaurant to doordash support because they forced me to cancel one of my orders that doordash sent it to my account. They have no right to force a delivery driver to cancel an order. This is Against doordash policy.

The cheesesteaks were good/ generous but really greasy. What my main problem is this restaurant is no prices on the menu and no idea that we could order a half sandwich. Two cheesesteaks, two sides and two drinks was a whooping $50… garlic fries are shareable (employee should have mentioned that since he knew it was our first time), onion rings were not. Ice machine was out of ice. Atmosphere wise if felt chaotic, it got busy and you could feel the stress in the room.Might be back because the cheesesteaks were good but I wouldn’t frequent it due to the price.Kid-friendliness: Have cookies for the littles
Everything on the menu is definitely worth getting. Fresh cut fries and chips are awesome. Owners and staff are great people.
