The staff here are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful little gestures like checking in to see if I needed anything they made me feel truly cared for, not just like another customer. Their patience and genuine smiles turned a simple visit into a wonderful experience. I left not only satisfied but uplifted. Highly recommend!

The burgers are legendary, the staff (@ this location anyway) is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is light and airy with indoor and outdoor seating. What's not to like?

Casually came in with my elderly father today since I’m normally out of town and he insisted in coming here… now I know why. He’s created a beautiful connection with the manager Karla and Carolyn ! Made me happy to see he’s being taken care of even if it’s once a week by the people and staff in Simi valley! Good food and great service! I’ll be checking out my local Habit when I get back home.

first sandeich crispy chicken was unedible it was like cajun blakkened with the consistancy of a cedar roof tile took it back and had a wonderful grilled chicken sandwich but it boggles my mind how this place could be ranked better then in and out the fries where not good either. I heard on the radio that they took no 1 position for best fast food chain. I should have known when they placed
In & Out 4th behind A&W and Jack in the box for best burger. will be sticking with In&Out for my guilty pleasures.
