The manager Carla is terrible. Very rude and unhelpful. Had an issue with our order and she said she was too busy to help. Tried calling customer service and it is a voicemail that says we will call you back if we see fit. Not a fan of this location. Regularly eat at the other Simi location. Better management.

Food is decent, overpriced but ok I get that. My main issue with this place is the wait, every time it’s way too long for fast food. I don’t go here often but just did and waited 30 minutes for take out. Probably won’t deal with it again.

The manager with tattoos is so rude, bad customer service, and I can not with the stinginess I’ve been coming to this place for years and it’s very upsetting to know they are hiring and promoting people who aren’t as generous as the people before. I’ve never experienced such behavior before the habit I knew was never like this. she kept giving me weird looks while ordering and I felt judged and uncomfortable. My fries were spilled and extremely over seasoned there was a corner full of salt and my burger was raw.. please Habit what is this?

Of course you started charging for ranch. It's already expensive to eat here. Customer service and satisfaction has gone out the window.

Beware the checkout register appears be adding a tip without approval.Only noticed on the receipt.They said it would be refunded but hasn't showed up yet.Seems like a scam for tips to me !
