My only complaint if I were to make a complaint would be their sweet potato fries. For whatever reason are always cold. By the time they get to I don't understand the process of cooking and then being cold within 5 minutes. I just don't understand that other than that. They're food's great services is great and prices are reasonable. For this day and age at least.

$20 for two small charburgers with no cheese and one order of a tiny fry box. No drinks. Absolutely insane for a fast food place. Granted I realize the main problem is California and the ridiculous wage increases for minimum wage. But $4 for an order of fries should be a medium bowl of fries. Not a tiny little paper holder with maybe 20 fries in it.

The food is great. Kudos to the cooks. The employees at the register are not really friendly or welcoming. Just kinda there. Pretty fast to fill your order but there seems to be some disconnect from ordering from the kiosk and when they full the order. I would say they don't pay attention to details. Love the food at the Habit, but everytime it's a **** show getting your food. I've tried ordering online- they gave my order out to someone else, I order at the counter- nothing is correct on the order. It doesn't matter what time I come. So inevitably 3 months pass and I'm like let's give it another try, and once again it's just as bad. Today, I order from the kiosk, it says food will be ready at a certain time. They're busy so I wait 15 minutes after the time it says it's supposed to be ready before asking about it. The man says yeah haven't even started it, with barely veiled contempt and I say okay I waited til 15 min after it's supposed to be ready and he shrugs. 10 minutes later and I'm still waiting... Oh The Habit, I guess I'm Charlie Brown and you're Lucy with the football. Maybe one day I will learn and stop trying. 30 minutes later they give me my food, but only after I ask once more. Aaaand I never did get the text that the kiosk receipt says they will send out when it's ready...
